I have lived here for almost 2 years. I am currently
looking for other rental options. This is a very high crime area. I hear gunshots nightly. Homeless people walking around looking into cars. Stolen and stripped cars are abandoned here out front on the street.
They have a secure gated area for parking in which cars have been stolen from, catalytic convertors taken, and cars broken into, as well.
The front doors are supposed to be auto-locked but they don't work half the time. The last 3 nights the doors have been wide open at 1 am.
When I first came here I was told by the Leasing Agent

Pure trash! Do not rent from this facility until Michelle and Taylor are fired.
My parents moved into this complex, got assigned a parking space, and one-week later Taylor had their car illegally towed because of a personal vendetta against the previous person assigned to that space.
My parents are older, handicapped, and new to the area, so I have been taking care of their affairs recently. I have called numerous times to talk to Taylor and she continues to avoid my calls. Today I went in person to talk to Taylor, she yelled at me and slammed the door in my face.

We went in to apply for a two bedroom unit. What a huge mistake to say the least. After we turned in our app we visiting with some of the residents we were told the staff was rude and very short with a lot of them I even witnessed an elderly man speaking with the young lady @ the counter he was asking for help to adjust his Walker. I was stunned to hear her say "I Dont have time for this today" so we took the 2 minutes and fixed it. I also witnessed anouther elderly lady trying to ask a question and the staff person just kept wiping the front desk then turned and walked out shutting the door and

My mother lives here and the management is terrible, they find any and every reason to have my mother evicted and she just moved into the apartments, we’ve had to get multiple letters from attorneys to get management to stop harassing my mother with fraudulent eviction notices and they’ll take a break for a month or two and continue sending them. I don’t recommend this place for anyone going through financial difficulties because this place just sounds like a scam to be completely honest.

The current manager Mary is a nut job. I have been a resident here for about 2 years and Mary has all kinds of 'rules'. None of which are enforceable.
The grounds were brittle dry all summer because no one knew how to operate the sprinkler system.
The fire alarm goes off and then keeps going off even when the fire department has been here for 30 min. Mary's explanation was that she didn't know how to shut it off.
The common areas advertised on the web site are now on lock down for no reason. No computer room, no library, no meeting room. What a crock of crap. In other words

Unprofessional and unethical management.
I was looking for an affordable senior apartment for my folks who are moving from out of state. It has been a challenge for us due to their credit issues. I made full disclosure of their issues before even viewing a unit so as not to waste anybody's time (including my own).
After taking a $100 deposit to "hold the unit" in addition to the application fees, they denied their application based on credit terms (after I was very upfront from the start and was still assured it would likely result in a higher security deposit, not denial).
It has been 3 weeks
