Greetings,
I would like for the Corporate Headquarters (HR division), principal place of business of 150 Summit Apartment Homes to please contact me directly. The level of disrespect and contempt I feel that I have been dealing with from management is untenable. I have emailed the manager of the leasing office on several occasions, the nearest in time was just this past Monday, October 25th 2021. My wife, family and I have been complaining about the extreme and outrageous noise levels coming from above our apartment home. The neighbors, to my knowledge were initially given a noise complaint warning

Moved in 2 weeks ago and honestly the experience has been awful. The location is great but when we moved in it was so dirty like they never even touched it when the past tenant moved out. There was an old plunger and an empty toilet cleaner left from the past tenant. When we walk on the floor our feet turn completely black. The drains were so clogged from hair we had to go spend our own money on drano. We have spent over $100 on cleaning materials to clean things that should have been cleaned before we moved in. So many things have been wrong with our apartment and we have put in 15+ maintenance

Worst group of managers and employees I’ve ever had to deal with. Don’t plan on them helping you out in any way. Every time we needed something handled the employee that was dealing with it was never in and no other employee were ever able to help. Delayed us getting into our “new updated” apartment for over a month. Moved in and there were leaks everywhere. First rain storm the windows would not hold back the water and half the floor was soaked. The apartment above us had a constant leak we could hear and visibly seen for months that was never fixed. Not only did they delay us moving in

I would not recommend anyone to live here based off of my experience. I’ve lived in the summit since May and have been requesting my dishwasher to be fixed since move in. It’s been 1.5 months since they last came to look at it. The staff is very polite about the request, but no follow through.

Great location, but common areas are poorly maintained. The gym has not had a working television since March, and many pieces of equipment are also broken. The trash bins on weekends are reminiscent of a third world country and the entry gates constantly broken. It just is not kept up like a luxury apartment should be.

This is the perfect location with an awesome office and maintenance staff! The office staff has been amazing to work with!! From the time I moved in, they have gone above and beyond in making me feel at home. Jason, especially has gone out of his way to make sure that any issues I've had have been taken care of in a very timely and very caring manner.

Initially when I moved in, it was an everything nice place. I moved in 1.5 years ago. But within my lease, I had to move to a different unit for personal reasons and I had an EXTREMELY bad experience with that.
First, I was told a different lease with my new apartment and once all papers are ready and signed, I figured out that my rent was actually increased and no one cared to let me know that the apartment will be at a higher rate than was initially mentioned. The transfer process was very bumpy. Then COVID pandemic delayed every process by MONTHS!! I moved in to my new apartment with a non

The apartments themselves are very nice on the inside and the outdoor environment of the complex is prettier than most. Being close to the Summit is fantastic as it provides many shopping and eating options.
The leasing office, however, is horrible. They are extremely lazy. If you call in with a problem, they try and rush you off the phone and nine out of ten times your problem will remain unfixed (even after multiple times asking). They try and close things like the pool and the gym early even though the schedule clearly outlines the times it is supposed to close.
If they just hired some people

We moved in last year of November, broke the lease July 2020. Had a very bad situation with MOLD we constantly told them about . Both me and my boyfriend fell ill. I started having upper respiratory issues. I noticed that every morning I woke when I breathe in I would have to cough. Mold was under the sink, in the window sealing , but I knew it was somewhere else . We constantly begged them to please get it checked out. They stated they didn’t see any mold , not to mention I already took pictures because I knew they would lie . I even sent over the pictures to the property manager, who never

Living here started off great. I moved in in April of 2018 and loved it. It was clean and nice and I had no issues. Then started the mold, and the windows that leaked. Everytime it rained harder than a drizzle, water ran down my walls. We had mold for around a year and a half and the issue was never resolved. They would come and wipe it up with a Clorox wipe and then leave. The last summer I was there (2019) they closed the both pools until mid June. That and more importantly the MOLD in my apartment caused me to leave. There are nicer apartments for less money in Birmingham. Living here during
