I absolutely love my apartment. I would say the walls are a little thin for my likings, but overall it’s a nice complex. I’m in the Army so housing was really hard to find and they were really nice about helping me with that from day one.
Hillary is super sweet. Always answered my questions and did it in a timely fashion. These apartments are nice for maybe a single person or, BF/GF type of thing. If you have a lot of kids .. umm ion know what to tell you lol.
I did utilize the trash service only because I was a little lazy in that department. Nonetheless as previously stated

I would not rent from them. The apartments are brand new but they cut so many corners in building them. The floors and cabinets are cheap. The walls are thin and the parking lot was always littered with trash or glass. The management was kinda nice at first but by the end of our leasing experience they just became less willing to work with us. We were the first people to live there and not only did they charge us a crazy amount "for the privilege to have pets" at the start of the lease, they then charged us a pet damage fee at the end of the lease to literally replace all the carpet in the entire

We moved into a brand new apartment, but the best way to describe these buildings is cheap "luxury". There were stains on the cabinets, the railings on the porch are not sturdy, the carpet was laid down poorly so if you step wrong you are poked, and we did not receive a sheet to fill out when we moved in. When we asked the office why, they said we did not need one because the apartment was new. Now that it is winter, the windows let in cold air and collect moisture beetween the panes of glass. Because grass never grew in front of our building, they recently laid down raw dirt all over the flowerbeds

Although construction has taken a while, the people working behind the scenes have been so helpful with our transition into our new apartment. They are happy to assist any way they can and have been so helpful in answering any question I have with concise and attentive professionalism. I look forward to moving into my new apartment. I believe it will be a great experience.

My wife and I feel extremely privileged to be some of the first residents of this quality development. We have been welcomed by the property management team as well as corporate leadership during construction and now as residents. We can attest to the integrity and quality of construction. From the high ceilings to top end granite counter tops--doesn't appear that any corners were cut. Great location in the commercial, entertainment, and restaurant hub in the NRV. The amenities include state of the art clubhouse with theater, game room, exercise facility framed by beautiful views and a zero entrance
