Can’t even begin to explain how terrible of an apartment complex this is. They don’t follow pieces on their end of the lease- like spray for spiders and bugs every 60 days. (We’ve have wolf spiders in our beds). The ac unit in our apartment has been racking up bills of 400$ and the energy supplier called to say something was wrong with our unit. When we asked for them to replace it they forgot and a month later claimed it’s been on “backorder” all this time- here we are almost three months later and nothing has been done to fix it and we are required to pay the outstanding bills. Convenient place to live as a student, but they like many other leasing offices will absolutely scam you out of your security deposit. Apartment was in terrible condition when we got it and I have no doubt they left it in terrible condition for the next renters while charging us enough to renovate the entire place. Only saving grace is the maintenance man in a really nice guy.
