Services
Payment options include several accepted payments methods including check, cashier's check, cash, and some online options listed below. It is requested that rental payments from roommates be made in one form of payment, such as a single check. A 5% late fee will be added to rental payments after 2:00 on the 5th of each month, regardless of holidays or weekends.
Shuttle service is included for all of our residents. This 12 passenger van is on an hourly schedule to travel between Virginia Tech Campus and Jefferson Apartments property for easy, quick conveyance. The shuttle operates Monday through Friday during Fall and Spring Semesters. Please keep in mind that the shuttle will not run if school is canceled, during Holiday Breaks, over the summer, or if the rental office is closed for a National Holiday.
We are happy to announce that we have increased the number of recycling locations on property for your convenience. Through Republic Services, we offer commingled, single stream recycling (picked up weekly). Please place these items in the 6-yard or 8-yard containers that are labeled "Single Stream Recycling" or "Commingled Recycling", found at six locations on the property.
