My daughter lives here this place is a dump. You walk in and it smells soooo bad in the hall ways.. there are mice
Luckily the people in her building are decent.
she is always coming to my house to do laundry bc the dryer hasn't worked since day one. She was told she would get a certain looking apt when she moved in it was different
When we toured the place the lady who works in the office brought a note pad pretending to jot down notes as to what needed to be fixed. It never was. Her lease is up in Feb and it can't come soon enough. I don't even live there and even I know better!!!

WORST ABSOLUTE WORST PLACE TO EVER LIVE. Maintenance and property management are nasty and terrible. All they care about is taking your money. They don’t fix ANYTHING eventually you’ll get mice and other rodents they leave trash all over the parking lot for days until garbage comes to pick it up. Management gives you an attitude whenever you call to complain and no matter how many times you call they still won’t fix the problem. DO NOT MOVE HERE I REPEAT DO MOT MOVE HERE. Most tenants are breaking their lease due to these issues. Please do not move here.

Stay away from this place!
Red the newspapers and find how many people have been murdered in those building.
When I lived there a whole family was assassinated in the building next to me (2012 or 2013).
You'll find your mail boxes vandalized, and they don't care.
Apartments maintenance is poor. Once they came to change a bulb and the person who did it used my toilet, and on top of that he left a trail of broken glass.

TERRIBLE‼️ Mice problems. Packages get stolen numerous amount of times and they’ve yet to install cameras etc. No cameras around the buildings to ensure our safety and not to mention my car was broken into. Smells awful as soon as you walk into the hallways. Bathroom has an odor problem smells like cigarettes. I’m not a smoker and I clean often and it’s still hard to get rid of. Walls sweat often (brown stains). I would never recommend this to anyone until these issues are solved. They simply don’t care. Can’t wait until my lease is up to move. A mess!

If you love mice this is the place for you. If you love people running up to you and asking you for money in the parking lot. It’s a great place for you. If you like to see trash all over the parking lot. It’s great. If you like to smell urine and mildew when you walk in the building. This place will be perfect. Moving here was the worst mistake I’ve made. I cannot wait to move.
