I lived here for a little over a year and had the best experience. Management was helpful, the building is so beautiful, the view is spectacular and the amenities are great! I love the gym, dog wash station, and court yard overlooking the river. It has every luxurious touch for a reasonable price. I highly recommend this place! (Sam and Donny are true gems!)

I lived at the Nathaniel for 1 year. It was the nicest building in Rochester. The location is incredible. Next door to Dinosaur Bbq, a block from Geva, native, and Fuego coffee. 60 second walk to the Arena and a brand new skate park. The interior is decorated beautifully. A spacious gym and all the latest technology. I highly recommend the building if you want an active downtown experience.

I’ve had an overall pleasant experience with management and the apartments are very nice but slightly over priced. Amenities are competitive with other apartment complexes. The location is perfect, about 10-15min drive to anywhere you want in Rochester or Henrietta.
Only a few complaints:
- you can’t adjust the fan speed to reduce heater/ac noise
- my cabinets aren’t the high quality
- the small apartments don’t have functional windows
- Slightly overpriced relative to other buildings but still competitive.

Possibly the best location in Rochester. Excellent neighborhood and the building amenities are fantastic. Parking garage, access to brand new river walk, across from Rochester public library, and walking distance to many restaurants. The strong museum of play, GEVA threaten and other local gems are all close by. Come take a look!
