I rented my apartment sight unseen, I used online 3D tours, Floor plans and many questions to DaVona. She was responsive and helpful in making my decision to rent. The amenities that attracted me to 2 Itasca Place were its location, attached heated parking garage and 9 foot ceilings. I was pleasantly surprised when seeing my unit. First the garage is clean and there is a small space in front of your space for a cart (for groceries, ect ). The 24 hour exercise room is full of nice equipment. my apartment is so open, the high ceilings and the deep window sills, with nice moldings, the bathrooms are

My husband and I have lived here for over six years. The exceptional quality, value, service and management does not compare to any other apartment property. Every year when our lease comes due, we look at other properties in a 20 mile radius. Believe me when I say nothing compares to living at Two Itasca Place! Where else can you get condo-built dwellings at apartment-living convenience?!

We have lived here for almost a year and we love it. It is luxury and the neighbors are great. i work in management and want to give a big shout out to the property manager, Regina. She is awesome, definitely a great leader, passionate about her building and people, and gets things ✔ done. The place speaks for itself, but Regina adds the extra touch of this place making it feel like home. We love it here and how it's managed and definitely thinking about renewing our lease. To the management team; great job bringing Regina in . You guys knew what you were doing and she deserves to be recognized

My wife and I are sadly moving out as we purchased a home, but loved our time here. You'll be hard pressed to find this combination of value, quietness, and convenience anywhere in the area. These are straight up condos rented as apartments - so you get way more space for a great price. The units themselves are quiet; you rarely, if ever, heard the neighbors. We also loved the garage parking. Not having to get snow off our cars in the winter was awesome, so definitely worth the money to get a spot down there. Let's also not forget that the building is honestly 30 seconds from the on-ramp to 355
