Me disregarding all the bad reviews i applied for these apartments in January 1st move in date was February, 2nd move in date was March , nobody has been in touch emailed nothing , move in date was changed again to May 7th i took off of work to move in the week of i called the office over 20 times and the phone lines were down when i finally spoke with someone ( Janna ) they advised oh we apologize our phones have been down but we don’t have any units ready ( after confirming the week prior that this day will be my move in date carrying on It’s

Applied for any “Available Now” Apartment they had listed but when I applied they said they didn’t have any available and placed me on a waitlist… Also, I haven’t heard ANYTHING from their leasing team but did receive an conditional approval email from their credit company. Unsure, what to do at this point because no one answers the phones here nor do they return calls. This is frustrating because this is my livelihood their toying with! Seen other reviews and it’s not very easy to know this is who holds my $100 and that I may have to fight to get it back! Just a waste of time and money

The staff at these apartments are very unprofessional. They won’t ever answer the phone to handle business. I’m still waiting on my refund and can’t get anybody on the phone .

ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE. My sister has been approved but she havent heard anything about her move in date. Got an email saying she can come pick up her keys but when you went to pick up the keys, they lady in the office was RUDE and she didn’t get her keys. Talking about the apartment isnt ready. And to make matters worse we can’t NEVER get them on the phone. Make ZERO SENSE!!!!!!

NOPE! Due to COVID-19 they were only were only taking applications online, which is completely understandable. HOWEVER on the flier it said that if you were approved you were only have to pay the holding fee as your first months rent. A lady in the office called me on the 5th & told me I was approved but if I wanted to hold the apartment until the 17th I had to pay the entire $650 then would have pay another $650 on the 1st. Absolutely ridiculous. When I declined, she told he was would send me back the REFUNDABLE holding fee which was $100 I NEVER RECEIVED IT & that was in March it is May going

Do not move here!! I’ve been here for a year now when i moved in my apartment it was not clean blinds were not up I had to repaint the sinks myself because maintenance here is non existent . I was also served an eviction notice at 9pm at night while I had company over by 2 heavyset man banging on my door very over the top which was later thrown out because they say there computer didn’t process my payment correctly. As of now my stove been out for week called the office serval times “New Management “ has been very rude and Completely stoped answering my calls . I went to the office to see

Paid for holding fee on the 8th and they even let us choose our move in date for November 2nd. Then got a call the day after saying that there was a waiting list till after thanksgiving and that we had till the 10th to make a decision even after letting us choose the move In date with advertisement that there were available apartments and of course blew the phone up all day Saturday from mine and my fiancée’s phone yet no one answered all the way up to 5. Is this a way to con people out their money.?

When I lived here, my apartment flooded terribly they didnt do much of anything to fix it it smelled for months. Moved to another apartment that caught fire do to their electric problems. Matinence people show up high. The people in the office would often mix up my paperwork with someone of the same name causing my name to be tarnished all this to still not recieve my full deposit back when I made no actual damages to the apartment. Would never recommend.

My fiancé applied for these apartments a week ago. No one answers the phone we’ve literally called 30 times today . So unprofessional and sad ! Whoever the guy was yesterday should work at that location everyday because obviously the person assigned doesn’t want too!

Brief and Honest::::: They hardly fix anything no matter the level of priority. The ladies in the office had attitudes. They got new leasing agents and they are no better.. The main office (ROCO) NEVER answers the phone or return your callsIf you care about your wellbeing and your lifestyle, don’t move in these apartments.

If you are interested in these apartments, please for your safety read my review. I was a resident for a year and this was the WORST experience I've encountered. The turn over rate is so high and maintains lacks. I had black mold on a few of my walls & the only thing they did is use white spray paint over it. Their roach/bug problem is real, no pest control would sign a contract with them for MONTHS. Our apartment got broken into & the only the manager said was "it could have ended worse." & refused to relocate us unless we renewed our lease. Then, Crystal, she has the most ugliest attitude a person

I do not recommend living in these apartments. Getting maintenance done is a headache because I constantly call and sometimes it takes weeks, if not months, for anything to be repaired. I've put in a request for maintenance to be done over 2 weeks ago and nothing has been done about it since. Not only do the tenants double park in parking spaces on purpose, but the office workers do too which is very inconvenient. There was a bad roach problem that they attempted to fix but the bugs just keep coming back.They should learn to be more considerate of the tenants point blank period.
