Pete saved us from having few different headaches. We were so excited to buy a home, that we almost made a mistakes. After our inspection for our first home possibility, we were happy to have an honest inspector. He saved us from making an extremely costly decision after he found some flaws in the home we were looking at. Things I wouldn't have even thought of.
We were going in too excited to be fair.
Some of the issues we would have had, would've been VERY expensive to repair. Even though we loved the home at the time, I'm so glad we kept looking for other homes after the inspection

I have hired Buss Inspections 2 times in the last 14 years. Pete did an excellent evaluation on both properties. With my most recent inspection in June 2019, Pete uncovered structural damage that was not very apparent in the basement. His discovery showed that some very expensive structural repairs would be needed on the property. A very thorough inspection was done and saved me from completing the purchase. If I had gone forward with this purchase, I would have had to shell out a ton of money to eliminate the structure from all the wood rot caused by the water seepage over a long period of time

I must say this was a big waste of money. Very obvious issues have costed me a lot of money in repairs. Most recent was about 5 gallons of water poured into my bathroom from the exhaust fan. I go into the attic and see the exhaust tubing at atleast an upward 4ft pitch and the end of it just hanging by a hook not even vented to the outside of the house. This costed me $300 to repair and should've been caught at inspection. I wouldn't recommend to anyone
