Any home can have a radon problem including new or old homes, well-sealed or leaky homes, and homes with or without a basement. Radon is a serious health hazard and is colorless, odorless and radioactive. Radon gas forms naturally from the decay (breaking down) of radioactive elements found in the soil and migrates (seeps) into homes.

Highly recommend Dan for your home inspection! We appreciated his very thorough home inspection—he really took the time (around 4 hours) to look at everything. He took lots of photos and then would show and explain to us any problem areas he found. He also helped identify the most critical things to be fixed right away. He communicated well throughout the process, from scheduling to explaining his services to providing his final report. We used Dan for our first home inspection not too long ago, and can safely say I don't think we will be using anybody else in the area.
