In 1986, Michael A. Meyer's parents founded Michael Allan & Associates. Since that time, we've helped more than 30,000 buyers and sellers of residential and commercial properties. Mick did a great job on our inspection. He was very professional, thoughtful and thorough. He kept the inside of the house very clean by switching to a second set of shoes when entering the house. He was happy to answer any questions I asked, even things that technically weren't inspection related.

Mick was very professional, friendly, and did an excellent job! He thoroughly explained everything to me and answered all questions I had. Mick's attention to detail and thorough inspection is excellent! He is very knowledgeable about his field and up to date on new building codes as well as knowing old ones. Mick takes the time to explain any items of concern both in person and on the report and is very personable. His reports are easy to understand and written in detail, and there's nothing you'll see on the report he didn't discuss with you at the house. 10/10 would highly recommend for any home inspection.

Making the appointment was very easy. Heather was extremely easy to work with and timely. Mick did our home inspection for an existing home we are purchasing. He was incredibly thorough. He took the time to explain what he was doing and he showed us things in/about the house that we hadn’t seen or known. He has a great sense of humor too! The report was completed within the day which was very helpful to our timeline. I would highly recommend this company. Mick was recommended by my realtor when doing a home purchase inspection. Was there early, took the time to answer all of my questions (my first home inspection so I had a lot), and wrote a thoroughly detailed report. He also provided great feedback on what he'd start with on the house repair-wise and was extremely quick to reply to any further questions I had. No complaints in any way, I'd definitely use him again and recommend him to anyone who needed an inspection.

Mick did a great job with our inspection. As first time homebuyers, we did not know what to expect, and we were nervous. Mick was great about explaining each issue and why it was important. It was obvious that he wanted to make sure that our family would be safe in our new home. The prior commenter is clearly someone who was unhappy being on the receiving end of one of their very thorough inspections (if you read it again, you will see that it just proves that Mick did a great job for the buyer in that case).
