At that time I found Bruce to be very methodical, extremely knowledgeable and worked relentlessly to look at every last detail. This was all impeccably recorded in his report complete with photos which I received immediately after the inspection. I had to do that FIVE YEARS AGO. I am a REALTOR® and was in a PANIC because my scheduled inspector for my buyer client just didn't show up!!

Bruce Peterson of this firm inspected two houses we we had contracted to buy, subject to inspection. he identified so many defects on the first that we cancelled the contract and recovered our down payment. Two weeks later we found another house. He also inspected this one, and confirmed that it was in much better shape, but still identified numerous problems which we requested the seller to fix. As the seller was anxious to close and move on he offered a satisfactory credit which we accepted. Wow! We have had three home inspections and CSI is by far the best, I am so impressed. He took his time inspecting the house and was never rushed, always stopped to answer our questions throughly. He then gave us an emailed insection reposrt while he sat in the driveway so we could get the questions to the sellers fast. I can not say enough about CSI!!!!!

They did a very thorough and timely inspection despite 2 story 2100 sq. ft. house and 90 degree heat. Also completed radon testing. Report was very detailed and no stone was left un-turned. Walked us through every detail and explained all the issues. Highly recommend and will be using for any future inspections. To top it off he was able to give us email report by the time he left the inspection site.
