When I moved to these apartments in the summer of 2020, I thought they were absolutely great. During the winter of 2021, I was transferred to another unit, made to sign a new lease, and was not told that there has a heavy presence of MOLD in my apartment and throughout the building in which it is located. If I could give this place a zero I would. The people in the front office tried everything in their power to make sure I couldn't be approved. The most excruciating process I've ever been in trying to secure a lease. Mean and unhelpful on the phone, they would not lease to me because I don't have a social security card despite proof with my passport, birth certificate, proof of income, social security number on all my forms, everything. How to now give a single star? The roof is always leaking and they won’t send someone unless you send a video of what is going on before they send maintenance. Roaches and bed bugs were my roommates during my stay there. This place is by far the worst of all the places on Voss and don’t deserve to be on that street. The most careless staff with rude and mean attitude in the leasing office.
So glad I’m out of here as of today 4 months before the end of my lease.

Do NOT move here please don’t ! I currently live here and it’s GROSS. Full of roaches , the ladies in the office are rude and they don’t tend to your needs when u put an order in. These apartments are very old and smell like an old apartment not to mention it’s full of bugs and We’ve had mold spots already. Walls are as thin as paper. You can hear your neighbors.. Please if you’re reading this do NOT make the mistake I did. For just a little bit more money you can have a clean healthy living right across the street at the Voss apartments!!

Great location and amenities, but I had no choice but to move out this year due to roaches. No matter how often I cleaned, or used pest control and products, roaches kept coming in from every room. the only way I could stay longer at this apartments is if I had resigned myself to making friends with roaches and living around them. However, that's not the kind of life I (or anyone) want or deserve. I believe I've made a great choice by moving out. Thank you Park at Voss, but no thank you....

I thought this apartment was cute initially. About 3 mos into my leasing roaches started to appear. I’d kill maybe 6 a day. I used the Home Defense spray and tried keeping everything spotless but nothing seemed to work. I even stopped cooking at home. I reached my breaking point when they started crawling in my bed and on my dog. Some days I call my mom crying and even leave to spend the night at her house at 2 am when I am woken up by roaches crawling on me. I lived at Park at Voss from 8/2020-8/2021, from day 1 this apartment was a nightmare for me. During my first 24 hours I did my apartment checklist, I turned this in and followed up because my shower faucet had a large crack and hole in the wall. Ashley responded to my e-mail and asked for pictures, which I sent to her, however she never followed up and never had my issue addressed. Week two we had a regular Texas thunderstorm and the water came through my roof and made two very large water spots on my ceiling, I reported these immediately and nothing was done or ever addressed, they

Lool what I found in my apartment! I called the management two times, to get the pest control, and nobody came in 2 months! And I’m PAYING every month a fee for it!!! I’m a very clean person but this Park at Voss apartment are the worst... Since I live here (6 months) I have anxiety and can’t sleep at night because of all the roaches and this thing... Listen to everyone on these reviews!!! The worst apartments to live in honestly. So disgusting, I get embarrassed to bring guests over. The carpets on the hallways are so dirty , doors are always dirty , smells so horrible. The gate is so bad!! Never works , looks like it’s about to fall apart. No parking ever. Roaches basically live with you!! No matter what you think you will do to avoid it , for the amount of rent you pay it’s not worth these filthy apartments. This is the worst apartment I have stayed at. Unlike others that have posted I don't have roaches in my place. Okay well at least when I am home they respect me enough to stay inside cause I weekly spray my place with a licensed pesticide. My thing is if you not helping on the rent then you can't stay here. Now what they do when I go to work well all I ask is that they clean up after themselves. Hold on its a roach on my TV. Okay he was disrespectful. Where was I oh yes trash in the hallways. I do not recommend renting at Park at Voss. I rented a studio for a year and these apartments are far from luxury as they claim online. Roaches are a huge problem here and the staff is mediocre at best. Sure the location is nice but that is probably the only positive thing I could say about this complex. This place is just very filthy.

Park at Voss: come live here! We'll kick you out even when you have paid rent during the COVID-19 pandemic that is affecting only the WHOLE WORLD! Only because you sent a courteous email telling them that you are having financial difficulties since your work place is closed and you lost your income for the month of April.

I was a resident at Park At Voss, Apt H223 from June 2019, on 6 months lease ending Dec.
I had given notice on 23rd Sept when this community was with previous management during this time, they said that if my apartment is leased out to others, I would not be charged the reletting fee of $1100.75. However, as I was serving the notice period of 60days, I vacated the apartment on 23rd Nov, after having the final inspection completed with a clean apartment and no breakage/damage.
Now before leaving they asked me to pay the reletting fee incase the apartment is not leased out during the end of lease

Hope i could give Zero. Worst place ever. Robbery is common like glass breaking, people entering home without prior permission. The manager working there Ana herself is so rude that she cannot listen to anyone , even to the ladies working there. When we complained that we saw a bug like thing in the apartment, she came and charged us $400 and told that you got the bugs from outside and we were new to this apt and we don't have any kind of luggage with us. She was super rude, i hope this review helps others. Please do not choose this community to live and if you choose to go there, do not complain

I tried to rent there; I saw their listings online -- which were a great deal for what you get it -- but when I got there, none of the pricings matched up with what they had online. I asked if I could at least get the first month's rent for what was listed online, and the "manager" (I believe, Maria), rudely and bluntly said, "I don't care what we list online, I'm not giving you that price!"

I wish so much that I could give this complex zero stars. This was the worst complex to live in. The staff weren't well trained and never seemed to have answers for anything. For example, I called days in a row searching for a package with important medication that claimed to be delivered. It took days and several people to find the medicine in their office, they mislabeled it and had it the office the entire time. I've called asking when the huge holes in the ceiling would be fixed, they didn't have an answer. In the year of living there, ceiling pipes busted and flooded the closet

So I have been waiting to write this review until I moved out, but my frustration has reached epic proportion this week.
I'm giving them 1 star because I like the leasing agents, they help out as much as they can and have always been friendly. But the rest of the place sucks!!
I moved in here because I was in a pinch and needed somewhere to live very fast, I came in and signed up for a lease immediately without looking elsewhere...SHAME ON ME. But my almost a year stay here has been filled with the neighbors you don't want...ROACHES. We get unlimited amount

Got on Yelp to check out some nearby restaurants and decided to check out the reviews for my apartment. I was surprised to see such low ratings. This community gets a lot of negative reviews, but as is usually the case, the squeaky wheel is getting the oil. Let's look at the positives of this place:
1) Great location. Tons of stuff around here in walking distance, and sits about midway between 10 and Westpark Toll.
2) Nice Amenities. Brand new pool, kid pool, and hot tub. Updated fitness center. 5 tennis courts. Sand volleyball. A safe playground. Great business center. Updated hallways
