Way too overpriced!!!!! I moved out a while ago because I found out about what my rent increase was going to be. and it was going to something like 2 to $500 more a month!!! THAT'S INSANE!!!!! I keep hearing about the rent increase is due to the real estate market going up, but I'm calling BS!!!! It's going up due to greed and nothing else!!!! You have people who paid rent all during the pandemic, and even paid ON TIME like myself so rather than giving a slight increase , they try and make up for their losses by overcharging you. The most incompetent, unprofessional management company I've ever dealt with. They have changed not only the property name, but the management company name as well. Make sure to look up reviews of The Crossings at Green Valley and Pinnacle Management, that is what they were named before. 1 star is more than they deserve mold and water leaks in our bathroom for the entire 2 years we lived there are pictured.

I thought (SLUM LORD) was a New York thing until Pinnacle purchased the complex my parents lived in for over a decade. The maintenance manager Ivan I like to call (IVAN The TERRIBLE) and so do many other tenants. This man refused to fix a leak in my parent's apartment 2 weeks after my father died and my mother just got out of the hospital from double pneumonia. This complex you must complete a work order on their website for anything to be done. The second time I asked him he refused and called Henderson PD telling them I was belligerent with him and he felt threatened. Why would a maintenance

OMG, THIS PLACE IS A JOKE! Always having to shut the water off!? Pool and fitness center was closed for a long time due to the leasing office remodel, yet no reimbursement to tenants for not having our amenities available for many months? Office staff is still less than pleasant. Pinnacle is the property management group and they too are horrible! They will NOT respond to your complaints! DO NOT MOVE HERE! It's always something to be upset about and you will NEVER be treated respectfully by the manager! This place is NOT a "LUXE" community at all! Yes, it is a great area, but very

This was a nice place when we first moved in. When it was taken over by Pinnacle it went to hell. No background checks, will rent to anyone. Don't let the pictures fool you, most of the apartments are not updated with the exception of new toilets. They check on what you have on your balcony and if it isn't approved by the office, you have to remove it. Packages that are delivered are either stolen or vandalized, as well as several vehicles have been broken into or vandalized. Other than a convenient location, think twice before you rent here. The maintenance staff are very nice

1st thing I'm going to say is be very careful when an apartment complex is changing their name ... because they DONT WANT YOU TO SEE PAST NEGATIVE REVIEWS!!! .... no notifications yet to tenants but all signs around complex now say '24 TWELVE'

I moved into the complex 2 years ago and everything was great! I read up on all reviews and criminal activity ~ The Crossings were the best in comparison to the 2 apartments on each side of the complex! The office staff was GREAT and super FRIENDLY! .... the complex however has taken a very FAST downgrade when ownership changed and management

The apartment staff is very nice, but all of the appliances don't work, and there is a huge lack of effort to get all of it replaced by the staff. Not to mention the parking. There are about 12 available spots for the whole complex, so you have to get used to parking in the Starbucks parking lot down the street to get home. Very inconvenient and causes huge issues complex wide. Great staff, awful condition. ALSO. Warning, your tow will cost you 300 dollars. This place is the worst.

It's the middle of summer and my ac unit has been out 2 days now. It's literally been 100 degrees in my apartment and I've had to sleep at my friends place. They have failed to communicate to me that they had to order a whole new unit and now I'm in a waiting game to see *if* they can get me a portable ac unit until the new one comes in. Not worth the 4 digit rent I'm paying every month.

Oh and I still have damages that need to be fixed from when I moved in 3 months ago.

Update:

6 days later and my AC is still out after it was supposed to be fixed today and the manager

This is a very good area to be in and the apartments are very spacious. The staff and management are great and very friendly. :) always available when u need them and very helpful with getting things done in a timely matter. They have help improved our common maintenance areas and keep them as clean as possible. Overall this is a great place to stay and everyone is very friendly

The unit felt very homey. When we 1st moved in, the unit had just been renovated. Appliances and flooring were new. Some things like the water heater gave us problems though it's been since taken care of. All in all, we loved the place. Only reason I moved out was so I could live closer to work and not have to drive 20mi just to get there. The staff had been very accomodating. Maintenance did their job quite well, always ready upon getting called.

Living here was fine until Pennacle took over. I have had air conditioner/heater issues for months and they keep sending "experts" who "fix" it and everytime the next person says how badly they messed it up. They came yesterday and promised to come back today and didn't because they were "too busy and will try to come tomorrow". I attempted to contact corporate about issues and the message was sent back to the leasing office. There is no padding between floors and everytime the people upstairs walk, it sounds like the ceiling is going to cave in. It's terrible

Terrible experience with Pinnacle Living Property Management. I went to pay rent with MoneyGram and got a message "Payment cannot be accepted at this time." I told them about it but they don't care. They just laugh at you!
So, they don't accept checks, you can't pay with MoneyGram and Domuso website they force tenants to use has many Internet privacy issues. Basically, they created a situation when you can't pay rent!!!
I live in this apartment complex for almost 5 years. I didn't have problems in the past. It was a nice place to live. Now everything is a problem

Lived at this complex for 4-1/2yrs. Had a great experience until Pinnacle took over the property. The last three weeks of my stay i was with no heater. I notified the front office about it on Veterans day and was yet to be fixed when I left on 12/1/18. The maintenance crew is incompetent and the office personnel is rude. They did not care at all that I had a child in the unit and we had to be without heat for three weeks. I asked if i purchased a small space heater would I get reimbursed and they straight out said "NO". I Never had an issue like this with the previous Management company
