To ensure the right match for your property, we have an extensive 5 point screening program for potential residents and our lease contains language that protects the owner from headaches.Rest assured that if any emergency arises, Westwind has a 24-hour emergency line and the right connections with vendors.

This application is used to verify current employment, rental history, background check, eviction history, and credit history. You must pay two separate money orders/certified check $55 application fee and a $100 earnest monies. Rent is due on the 1st of each month with a grace period until the 3rd.
