This company is anti-renewable energy company and the HOA their enforcing bylaws for is voilating Colorado solar access law HB 1270 (see C.R.S. 38-30-168). We're not allowed to have solar at our townhouse at Terrace at Columbine II in Littleton.
Colorado's solar access laws, which date back to 1979, prohibit any residential covenants that restrict solar access, see HB 1270. Solar access laws ensure that governing HOAs cannot prohibit their members from installing solar on their properties. However, they do often allow HOAs to place “reasonable restrictions” on solar systems.

These guys have bar none been the best HOA management company so far. They have been a proactive company rather than reactive (approaching procrastinative). They have done more for our community in the past few months than any other HOA company has done in 2 years. They have paved our parking lots, fixed our flat roofs, fixed dangerous concert and steel stairs. We even had a resident drive through one of our carports and literally within 24 hours they had it fixed! I really am blown away. I have had so many issues in the past that I thought all of them are trash. But these people have restored

Well all i can say is... wow!!! we had an issue and i was hesitant to call afraid i would get the "no response " ever that i usually got with our previous hoa...but .. wow... called kim and she jumped right on it... she was awesome! she was so polite and professional..explained how they would handle things and even gave me a timeframe for resolution and she delivered!! in a few short days our problem was resolved.. her follow up and positive attitude was such a welcome change...love accord prop.so glad we switched to you!!

BEST COMMUNITY PROPERTY MANAGEMENT COMPANY I HAVE EVER WORKED WITH. Kimberly takes especially good care of our community b y exceeding the quality of the last management company we had. We have made great steps to improving our community since taking on Accord. We hope the community continues to improve under their management. The last company screwed our place up so bad we still have a long way to go but I have faith Accord can do it.

Accord is super responsive and reliable. We love the way these guys work. They get things done and make our life simple! I’m an experienced board member, so I know how hard it is to deal with large HOA. Furthermore, the transition from a previous manager was seamless and with minimal guidance. I had lived in a non-HOA community for 15 years before moving to a HOA community in the Aurora. I know a lot of people have bad things to say about HOA's but I am very happy with this company. They respond very quickly and truly care about the residents of our community. They do a great service helping residents abide by the rules which helps to increase our home vales and quality of life.
