I'm happy to find an affordable place to live but I'm starting to wonder if it is worth the headache with this leasing group. They don't seem to understand how maintenance should work. I've never worked with a leasing staff who would delete maintenance requests without addressing them. It took 3 attempts to get the washer (paid btw) installed correctly so it didn't flood the entry to my apartment. Their maintenance man has "fixed" m door a couple of times, but it's worse than ever and they are trying to blame my Ethernet cable when the problem was there at walk through, well before my cable was

Definitely NOT an Ideal place to do business with if you are a minority with government rental assistance. I am A African American who rented from Julie. It was in a rough neighborhood surrounded by druggies including the neighbors that lived above me. A year later when my lease was up I decided to move to a more suitable rental not managed by Julie, as her offer was on the table to rent another unit in an area that was nice, but Not within a reasonable distance to my then given situation of the government assistance that I was receiving. Since I didn’t accept her offer, she then kept my deposit

We rented a condo for 12 months from McGuire. When we moved in there was still work that needed to be done. Unfortunately one of the construction crew punctured a water line and there was extensive water damage to the property. McGuire did everything they could to get things fixed up and repaired as quickly as possible. They even gave us one months free rent because we were living in construction for awhile. Any time we had maintenance requests after that they responded quickly and resolved all issues. As far as property management companies go, it could be far worse. McGuire was great to work

I was a tenant of McGuire Property Management for 4 1/2 years and I think they are great. Julie is very nice and easy to work with and Stacy in the office always gets back to you in a timely manner.
