So we just closed on a property by Southlands Mall and get this notice that the property is in violation of HOA policy because the brick around the front tree is uneven. Since we just purchased home, this violation must have existed prior to our purchase and we are the ones now responsible. The letter has no phone number nor email. The letter directs us to a non-existent website address. Letter says we can only address this violation in writing, but it gives no way to do so. There is no time line on when we must fix or any thing of help. If this is what we are up against for the next years of home

I am a lender who recently worked with Molly Ryan at Metro Property Management to review the Savannah Condominiums in conjunction with my client's pending purchase. It was extremely refreshing to receive thorough, timely, and friendly communication from an HOA Management Company. In our experience, that is not customary. Great HOA. I've had to work with them on several different issues over the last few months from home maintenance to working out a complex insurance issue with the holder of my mortgage, and they've been very responsive and helpful. Definitely a bonus to have an HOA like this if you end up living in a property they manage.

I have been a Condo ower for 11 years at Savannah Properties. I have left
email messages and phone phone message for 2 weeks. August 2019 thru September 2019. The owner Molly Ryan has completly ignored all communication request. I dont know if the Company is in financial trouble, however the lack of leadership and management is apparent. I would NOT recommend this Company for any type of property managment business.

I can’t figure what we get for the money we pay. They are responsible for coordinating with the landscaping company the HOA uses. This review should also apply to the landscaping company which so far, is not good at all. It is the responsibility of a management company to be on top of a landscaping company and get things done. That’s what a management company is paid to do. There was one time when they agreed not to fill our entire back area with huge boulders, and plant grass instead, but we were expected to maintain and water it ourselves. This mangement company is such an amazing company! Molly specifically is so incredibly nice! Always reponse to us and is on top of her game! We have had many different mangement companies in our property and Metro Property is by far the best we have ever dealt with! They have a great reponse time, always friendly and helpful.
