One of the best options in the atlanta metro area. Convenient location, safe, and Canton night life is minutes away. The community was new in 2020 and the staff keeps it looking that way. They are keep adding amenities like fire pits and grills. Management is great. The only tension comes from renters who don’t follow rules. Highly recommend the community

Very quiet and friendly community. I am not afraid to walk around on my own at any time of day. I feel like the residents that hang around outside are concerned with the safety and well being of the community and they're always available to talk with. As I walked into my apartment the other day and said hello to a lady, she asked me how I’ve been and how I’ve enjoyed living here so far— this was the first time we talked! I know she had seen me before, but I didn’t think she took so much time to remember who I was. A little bit of kindness goes a long way. Everyone is just super great!

Advertised they had units available, expressed I need an apartment very soon. Received an email they have units available. Call in and was told no units available. Received an angry voice-mail from Shawna trying to explain they will have units available in December. Will is future. My need is current. I expressed my need and they tried aggressive sales tactics to try to rope me in. Don't fall for this. Take you're time and shop around. If they lie to you before you even rent the place imagine how they will treat you once you're under contract.

Lindsay the apartment manager is awesome!!
She went over and beyond to help my daughter get a apartment after her house was totally lossed in a fire. Lindsay was so sweet and kind both with my daughter and her husband, but also patient and understand to 2 spirited children who wanted to “help her”. The apartment is beautiful, the Amenities are top of the line and beautiful as well. We couldn’t be happier with Lindsay and our experience with leasing through them.

I made a long distance move from Florida so I had tons of questions and concerns, however, the staff was beyond helpful. Michelle made this process seamless! The property is beautifully kept and the apartments are spacious and beautifully designed.
