As far as I'm concerned, This is a great place to live. I have lived here at Parkland manor going into my 11th year and still I chose this place. One of the greatest things that happened here, when the pandemic first hit in our state. Oh boy guess what Mrs. Taryn Brown and our coordinator
Ms. Virgin Ward did to help us? they pulled together resources to help everyone here so that no one would be with out help. no matter what obstacle that came up they pushed through to get help for us. oh my to be able to believe in management and staff with the help of Father God is a plus

This place has a great atmosphere and very nice amenities. The staff is polite, warm and professional as well. The grounds are well kept and it is easy to relax and enjoy the peace and quiet and overall serenity. I would highly recommend this community to any senior looking for a place that is away from traffic and the daily hustle and bustle and noise that others have. I give it an A plus as far as senior living goes.

Moved my mother from NC when my father passed and my mother and I couldn't have chosen a better place. She moved to Parkland Manor in 2008 and now 13 yrs. later she's still happy as she was the first day she moved in. Seeing how pleased my mother has been; now my mother in-law and uncle have moved to Parkland Manor as well and loves calling Parkland Manor their home. The staff has been wonderful and always so accommodating in helping with what ever my mother needs are rather it's getting something done or answering a simple question she's always welcomed with open arms. That's just how special

I’ve lived here 9 months and it has been an amazing experience! The complex and neighborhood is beautiful, convenient and peaceful! The leasing office is helpful with and questions or concerns. The maintenance team is amazing any time I’ve submitted a request. Corey has responded quickly and courteous to the ticket request and Ben. I’m glad to be among a great community.

I came in to inquire about an apartment for my mother and the staff was so helpful ☺. Theresa was very informative and just an overall sweet person. She interacts with the residents so well and this gives me a sense of comfort knowing that my mom will possibly live her. The grounds are neat and clean and there are many activities for the residents to take part in. I would recommend Parkland Manor to anyone looking for a Senior Community!

I thoroughly enjoy the managers helpful ways on how to make it a better experience living here. Teran is always professional,friendly, kind, and caring. I am a USMC disabled Veteran and do have a few issues with my living conditions. Hopefully the corporate arm of Parkland Manor will reach out to me to resolve those issues. Oh and by the way, the new kid on the block, Ms Theresa Baker, is a very kind and nice welcomed seasoned professional!!!

Parkland Manor is an awesome place! From the wonderful staff to the actual location itself. Finding somewhere for your loved ones is already difficult but to know they are somewhere safe, quiet, and close to things that will allow them to still be active is just awesome!! Mrs. Brown, the Property Manager, is a bonus because she's friendly, she's a people person, and she knows her tenants very well. I am personally grateful, and I know that everyone at Parkland Manor is in good hands. Keep up the great work!!!

I have been living here at PARKLAND MANOR since 2011
I really enjoy being here. Everyone here is so very friendly and kind.
Mrs. Brown, works very hard to make sure we have what we need to live here as much as she can. We also have a wonderful activity coordinator. Her name is Ms. Virginia Ward. Ms. Ward, always makes sure that the Seniors get a hot breakfast every morning. This is a safe and wonderful place to live!
