I am currently looking to rent an apartment. After being referred by a friend about this property I figured why not check them out. I had the pleasure of meeting and speaking with a wonderful woman by the name of Beatrice whom was working in the office. She was very nice and extremely informative. I had many questions and she answered them with no problems. I am now considering moving forward with the submitting a rental application.

I waited so long for the gym/clubhouse to be completed and now that its completed I would have to pay an additional $35/month. Before moving I was told this would all be included in the rent. I will not pay $35/month to use a pool table and a small room with a few gym equipment. It is way cheaper to get a gym membership especially with the combination of: the high cost of the electric heat here and the astronomical rent increases incurred at lease renewal. I’m upset that I was mislead and misinformed by the property manager before moving in.

My husband and I are looking to downsize and have been struggling to find an apartment. After calling around to several apartments I call the 600 apartments located Bloomfield, Ct. and had a wonderful conversation with Beatrice. She was professional and made me fill hopeful about our relocation. If you are looking for a nice apartment in the Greater Hartford area ask for Beatrice she will get you right!

This is the worst apartment complex I have ever lived in. This place is run by management with little to no care about their tenants. I had to call the cops on a weekly basis to get neighbors to turn their music down after 1 am, since the management would not handle the situation themselves. Luckily the cops are patrolling the area at all times.
Originally, we moved here because management told us that there would be a pool and community space, yet its been three years and it is still "in construction". Do not expect this to ever be finished, so don't get fooled like we did. Truly can not implore

The management repeatedly lies about anything that you ask about... this place is a health hazard for numerous reasons ... lights broken, icy slippery walkways, no pool in the summer ... now it's "under construction" and the guard shack removed which at least gave the illusion of being private property... laundry equipment removed and not replaced , Leaks in the basement all summer ....

My car was stolen while parked at this property. I have been a resident for well over three years. Taken from a spot that I pay for! It has since been reported to the police and investigated.
When I called to inquiry whether or not it was towed I spoke with Brian who was very short and very rude. MY CAR WAS STOLEN and when I call to inquiry you get an attitude and hang up?!!
Residents are paying a lot to live in a place that is declining in quality everyday, and now have to worry about whether or not someone will decide to come on PRIVATE PROPERTY and walk away with a car OR WORSE because they
