Roaches year-round, and maintenance is a joke. Called the office on a weekend for an emergency (air conditioning outage in late August, 100*) and the automated message gives a number for "after hours emergencies" but it always goes straight to voice mail. So we wait for two days till they decide to work.
Unless this place is your absolute last option in kerman, which is often the case for most people, dont do it.

Horrible.. when i put a work order in for something to get fixed they told me a day and time but that never happened... one time i came home to find my kitchen flooded with water never could figure out what happened. Roches everywhere. After i was done moving i was vacuming and the carpet got stuck to the vacum and came up and under it was really wet... also we talked to management about us moving early to make sure we wouldnt be charged anything for moving early... we double checked and triple checked and they had told us no everything is ok and they would not charge us... ya we didnt get that

They were not too bad when we moved in, in 2013. The apartment was in bad condition but they were atleast working on it. When they got the new manager Diana, everything went bad she would say she was gonna fix stuff and she never would. The washers that they provided that were always stealing your money and leaving your clothes soaked, and yes full of dirt, were " not their problem there was nothing they could do." A lot of neighbors had problems with her because she was very rude and when we asked to speak to her supervisor she couldnt give us the number. So it's funny that the owner commented
