I’ve lived at 2175 for about a month now, and I’ve been happy with it so far. I’ve known friends who have lived here before when the building was under different management, but I think the management changed about a year ago and I can only say positive things about them so far. Kai has been really helpful between leasing and making the move-in easy, and my first maintenance call was scheduled and taken care of quickly. Keep it up!

Don't waste your time. There are so many better options in the neighborhood.
Management is off-site and barely existent. It can take days for them to respond to anything including service requests.
Packages get stolen because mail is left in the lobby.
The front door is broken often so you'll need to run downstairs to let friends/food in.
This place costs too much to not be able to fix these simple issues.
Move on!!

I pay $4,000 per month for less than 500 square feet. The management company has now hung up on me on two separate occasions. The elevator is consistently breaking down. My one window is hideously filthy and there’s no way to wash it. Rarely is anyone on-site and they’re not interested in answering emails or the phone. I have had good luck with the maintenance staff - they’re friendly and helpful. The leasing agent was quite courteous up until the point I signed. He’s been largely MIA since.
Roaches have been a problem this past year, and the plumbing that's been backing up into the garage

After 2 years here, we love our apartment and the location. But same feedback than others reviews, the property management is bad : security, packages, issues take ages to be fixed, cleaning. They tow away your car if you just park few hours. No transparency about the fees added to the rent and hard to get answers to emails.
