Scheduled a tour and they canceled on me less than an hour before the showing. Incredibly unprofessional behavior by the community manager.
They asked me to sign and return a COVID release, which I did the day before my tour. I then got repeated separate emails telling me that I never sent the form despite me having time stamps indicating that I did. I tried to call but they did not pick up the phone.
It was a very frustrating back and forth and I felt like I was talking to a machine and not a human. I can't imagine that they would take good care of you as a resident if they can't even give proper

I recently moved into Venn on Market and I have had nothing but a positive experience with the management team and more specifically, Rochelle. I actually leased an apartment remotely from Miami as I was looking for a place with minimum hassle, in a good location, and had all the amenities I was looking for. Rochelle and her team were so helpful and accommodating, even accepting a package for me before my arrival date.
The location is great on Market within close walking distance to the nearby neighborhoods with great food and nightflife (when things are back open). Groceries, hardware stores

I have just moved in. There was a scheduling snafu when the movers brought my furniture, but that was resolved immediately and now there is a plumbing issue that is currently being handled quickly and professionally. Have lived here over a year and can’t stress how attentive and helpful the staff is. They’re super fast at responding to email and will usually have issues resolved within 24 hours. Definitely makes it easy to live here with such great maintenance. Location is also excellent. Would recommend living here!

Recently moved in and we are loving the building so far. Our (non-Market Street facing) unit is quiet and peaceful. The building has great community spaces and the gym has everything you'd need. Rochelle and Sal were very helpful and responsive to questions during our move-in process. Can't beat the location. It's easy to get anywhere in the city.

My fiancee and I have been living at Venn for about 6 months now and we've loved every minute of it. The location is unbeatable. Hayes, Mission and Castro are all two blocks away. Van Ness station is about a 10 minute walk and the F stops just outside our building. Our apartment faces Waller street and is so quiet that sometimes we forget we're living in the city! Rochelle and Archie have both been great and responsive with all of our questions. :)
