It is incredibly difficult to reach any leasing agents at The Wilson. The phone just rings and rings nonstop as if no one actually works even on weekdays I have tried to call various times during their posted hours. I stopped by in person to ask if I can make an appointment. I was given an appointment for 7/31 at 11am. I show up and have waited over 20 mins not a single person in the lobby to help anyone. Luckily some residents were nice enough to let me in to wait in the lobby instead of waiting outside amongst the unsafe homeless. Why show online you’re leasing if you don’t even have agents

Such a pleasant experience! I made a self guided tour with Mariam she was so sweet and welcoming over the phone made me feel so comfortable as if I was just talking to a friend. When I got there she welcomed me in the lobby and provided me access to the studio I wanted to look at. The studio had sanitizer and wipes and smelled so clean which made me super happy because I know it was freshly cleaned. The studio faced Market street it was such a beautiful view! Very industrial yet up to date. Omg the rooftop was so beautiful I can see myself up there with a cocktail! After I was done I meet back

I have lived at The Wilson for more than a year and not only do I love the building and the amenities, but the Community Manager/Building Manager, Mariam is an absolute gem. Mariam truly finds genuine and creative ways to make an apartment building feel like a home. Whether it is coffee in lobby in the mornings, movie nights on the roof or even cute trick or treat bags on your door for Halloween, Mariam is a great Building Manager and The Wilson is a great place to live!

Mariam has been super helpful with our application process. We stopped by without an appointment and she still managed to make time for a tour without rushing us. And when it came to a flexible move-in date, she was very understanding and helpful. We are completely sold on the Wilson because of her!

The Positives:
1. The moveout cost was reasonable. Every apartment mgmt company in the state is going to charge you cleaning fees, no matter how nice you left the apartment, legal or not.
2. The location is convenient IF you take public transit, as it sits directly on the MUNI F line, and is super close to Powell Street Station. Also, Taxi's can use Market Street, so if you love Taxi's, they will stop directly in front for you. You will be like royalty, like the Queen of England getting into that Taxi. Uber and Lyft however...that's another story.
3. The apartment interiors are updated and modern

Mariam Brooks - there is not enough good things to say about Mariam! I spoke to her for about 10-15 mins or so, completely made me feel like I was talking to a friend who sincerely and genuinely cared about my situation. I have been speaking to pretty much EVERY apartment leasing agent there is in the SoMa and FiDi area for the past few weeks and if any one of them would have been Mariam, I would have signed a lease on the spot. She was welcoming and carries a good conversation. More leasing agents should be like her. She heard me out and when I call the number, she picks up! not someone "off-site

Nothing but good things to say! For one, Mariam, the building manager, is fantastic! I moved in recently and she was so communicative and clear throughout the process: from my initial tour through move-in and also now as I'm settling. When she first showed me the building I got such good vibes from her and it made this complex feel a little more home-like than some of the other residences I'd looked at. She didn't rush me and fielded the multitude of questions I had (thank you!) promptly, clearly, and with kindness. That ended up being one of the reasons I chose this spot.

Miriam Brooks, the Community Manager at The Wilson is fantastic! She was super helpful throughout my time there. She communicates very well and responds to inquiries and requests right away. Especially during my move-out, she made it super seamless and easy and put away a lot of my concerns at ease. Couldn't ask for a better community manager.
