Chanell's passion for culinary arts was fueled by traveling during spring break while in college (receiving her B.A. in psychology and M.S.W.). Chanell did not go the route of classic culinary training. Instead, she continues to learn from the school of life, favorite recipes passed down through generations of her family, and new friends she encounter traveling around the world.
