Sms has now slandered my name to multiple different landlords. They wrongfully evicted us and when the case was sealed the still continue to bring it up but lie and say were still going through court over it. I WILL NEVER RENT HERE AGAIN. even with paying in advance they never treated us right!!

My father and brother have rented form them for over 7 years with nary a rental payment missed, after my father died and a month later my brother having a heartattack and quadruple bypass rendering him un employable, they started eviction after 2 months of rent unpaid. They fix nothing. The home is a disgrace and full of pests and black mold. After asking them to join in on a pre-eviction program they refused the courts suggestions. Would rather put my brother in the street, and slumlord it to someone else. They are know to the legal community as one of the worst offenders in the city of Ft. Wayne

I am not a renter, but I own a home next to an SMS Property. They do NOT take care of their properties and expect their tenants to do it. A tree on their property is resting on my garage, and they are ignoring my requests to have it addressed before it causes damage.
My neighbors that rent are great. Unfortunately they are NOT treated well by SMS and had to wait months for a large maintenance issue to be taken care of.
DO NOT RENT FROM THESE SLUM LORDS.

I have made numerous complaints, they let any body and their brother move into one of their homes. The house is a 2 bedroom and 16 people live in this home and including 8 dogs. They havent done anything to check the complaint. I have called to talk to the property manager and wont ever return my call. I have lived in my house for 6 years and i have seen to many people move in and out of this home. Each renter gets worse, like where is the background check? This house has bed bugs, rats and etc from this last renter. My neighborhood is nice until they moved in. I dont recommend anyone renting from

Very friendly and kind staff ,they went out of their way to help us find housing that we could afford and when was unable to locate through them they referred us elsewhere

Renting from them for almost 7 years.i would highly recommend ..i have never had a problem with them as long as you pay your rent ...maintanence come out as soon as possible if there is ever any problems .the office personel are professional ..and very nice

Placed several calls to get the septic system fixed since moved in. It's been a month, they tried at first but the plumber noted severe electrical issues and it could not be fixed without fixing the electrical issues. We cannot reach anyone who will take ownership over the problem to see this through. We cannot use the downstairs bathroom downstairs. It's a nightmare.

If you're looking for something really quick that doesn't require all the background checks and thing's this is your place to go. It's more like a second chance with them. However, I don't like how they don't upkeep their properties. Also, they don't really work with you if you get behind on rent no matter your situation. They want their money. I wish they were a tad bit more fluctual and willing to work with their tenants.

Your NE Oklahoma drivers are accidents waiting to happen. The Gray and white Honda truck drivers are real POS s.

The employee demeanor and overall customer service could be improved; was not willing to budge on assistance, or attempt to allow for a payment plan.
