They Gave me the run around. They put me on a list. 3 months later I am on top. I looked at an apartment on Monday, the appliances were broken and dirty, but I was desperate. Tuesday handed in the paperwork, by Friday i was booted out because someone made less per month than me. A month later, and I still haven't gotten a call. They don't answer their phone unless you harass them. They won't tell you where you are on the list. And that was only a few of the problems. They are a joke. UPDATE: After review i did get a call from their office. They offered me a duplex, so I said i would take it. Then

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, Responsiveness, Value
I called multiple times, left a voicemail. Never heard back once. Then the house I wanted to apply for but had to send a request to even apply for is now taken. Poor at communicating

I’ve been here about 4 years. We’ve been through 5 or 6 property managers. They all have had different office hours. Only one of them was consistent in replying to concerns.in the past 2 years it had gotten much much worse. The don’t reply to voicemails or written work orders. Recently, I put in a work order 3 months ago. I’ve only had 2 of the items addressed. I’ve been told repeatedly by management that it’s because of Covid. If I had somewhere else to do I think I would go.
A couple of days after I wrote this review maintenance showed up did you some of the other work that was on

I lived in the 2nd Street Artists Lofts. They went through three property managers in the span of a year. None of which addressed the maintenance concerns of myself and my neighbors. The walls are paper thin. They do inspections on a whim. They were supposed to do inspections on May 4, per their notice, and they did them on the 3rd of May and told tenants that they had no choice but to allow them access. The gallery on the first floor that was supposed to be a perk included in our “Artist Loft” experience now charges us a 25% fee for any work sold on that gallery. That was thrust upon us after

Feel like they really don't care about their renters. This is my 3rd year, and a rent increase every year! Furnace filter only changed once since I've been here.
Lawn care is unacceptable. Weeds are not pulled or sprayed. I had to buy a weed eater just to keep my patio looking decent where I like to sit. Gave them 2 stars because I like having a garage.

I moved here to RIVERGREEN APTS IN HUNTINGTON INDIANA almost 2 yrs ago from Florida and it was being run fairly well..at first and now weve been WITHOUT a property manager for months...nobody shovels our sidewalks except my kind neighbor man...i am totally disabled and dont appreciate that these things are overlooked...i am a good tenant who pays my rent every month on time and i would NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE...In Florida we had a pro
perty manager on the ball and a good maintenance man who saw that everything was taken care of...out of 5 stars here?? I give them a 2...sad but true!!

The fact the Janelle (runs Village Green 2) can threaten to evict a 60+ year old man over lack of paperwork understanding is absolutely absurd. If you have a loved one who needs help with all paperwork and documents I do not suggest they live in Village Green 2.

The staff here goes above and beyond normal business practices to make their clients feel important and feel welcome. They seriously care about their clients and their properties and I personally think that if more businesses conducted themselves in such a way, they'd increase their revenue AND make the world a better place. Thank you Tracey and Becky, for helping me get my own place again, and for caring about your clients! THIS is a shining example of good business practices!!! Best regards, Tennessee.

Friendly...affordable...safe....understanding....good people. Well kept housing. Energy efficient. Community Centers and laundry facilities in some locations. Washers and dryers in others. Lawn well kept. Many are convenient to town. To those that qualify there is rental assistance and they will work with long term renters til they own their own property. Well worth the wait of getting in.
