If I could give 0 stars I would the WORST rental company I’ve dealt with very unprofessional , rude , unresponsive and just overall poor communication . They don’t reach out for days or weeks and when you call them
The approval manager is never in the office and the girl at the desk doesn’t have a clue about anything just says “I’ll have her call you” and hangs up, I feel like they just scam people out of rental application fees for places that aren’t even available anymore then want to try and move the app to a different property .

I have been renting with AG for about approx 4 months . The office ladies are very kind . Don’t take me wrong I have had some issues that worried me maintenance wise but I do live in an older home and that is to be expected . AG has always followed up and gotten things done in a timely manor . I myself work in property management and in my opinion so far I feel as if they all do their part to make everyone feel welcomed and at home thank you all for everything you do !

It is illegal to take from security deposit for CARPET CLEANING when moving from property. Regardless what your lease says. You do not have to pay for it!! They tried to do it to me until I uttered “legal action” and they didn’t hesitate to give my money back. They also tired to make me pay for another months rent for not signing the 30 day leave notice, and if I didn’t keep my email of me signing it they would’ve charged me rent. They lost my document and said I never signed one, but I forward my document proving them wrong. If you deal with AG rentals you need to cover your own back

As a new investor I decided to use AG rentals to manage our property. Sara did a wonderful job of explaining the whole process and took her time to answer and explain my long list of questions. HORRIBLE! Constantly changing their stories, rude, no one seems to know how to do their jobs. Will ignore you for days on end after they recieved that application money! Dont waste your time. Looked at 3 places and 2 of them had roaches! I'd atleast make sure my property was cleaned and nasty bug free before being so high and mighty and maybe just put a general attempt in to clean your properties? DONT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY! NOT WORTH IT AT ALL

I feel they discriminate and harass their senior citizen tenants and it's truly sad. I went with a 70-ish year old tenant because for the second time in a row (month) they sent a harassing letter via USPS and threatened her eviction prior to the 5th of July. They say it was automated but lack the evidence to prove that theory. Also, in said threatening letter, they claim they charged her $90 late fee. That makes no sense as their leases say $50. But said tenant has been at this apartment so long, she doesn't have a lease with them, therefore she did not agree to those terms. As we were standing

My home was sold to AG last year during the pandemic. At first I was nervous because I was unfamiliar with the company and I know Fort Wayne has some not so great landlords so I just didn’t know what to expect.
I have to say I am quite pleased a year later because Maria is soooo responsive and helpful. Everyone I have interacted with genuinely cares about my concern and they are very helpful with maintenance needs in a timely fashion. I would recommend AG Rentals to anyone that is looking for shelter because I have had such good interactions with the staff and the communication is amazing.
