You will receive a copy of the lease agreement, once it has been countersigned by one of our property managers. We will send you rent income by the 15th of every month. If you are on direct deposit the payments normally takes only 1 to 2 business days to post to your account. If you choose to be paid by check, it may take an additional 5 business days to arrive.

I can start off by saying, do not rent through this company and save your money. We lived in one of their properties for a year, the house was not in the best conditions. I’m talking dirty carpet, cracked walls, uneven flooring and definitely not worth the price. We gave $1,200 for security deposit, around $230 for moving in days before the month ended, and $700 for 1st months rent. While living there, FOUR different times, people walked in on my son & I without my consent. I filed a police report the 4th time because I wasn’t home and the neighbors witnessed a woman walking out of our apartment

Had a difficult time getting a response to my question about having a co-signer as I was turned down due to credit score. I was above board and anticipated this. Initially they allowed me to apply for a property that was already rented which wasted my application fee. When I said I would like to apply that fee for another property they let me know I did not qualify for any of their properties which is when I emailed about my co-signer. I tried to reach out twice about letting me apply with my co-signer. Finally my co-signer reached them and found out that my score was to low to qualify and too
