I had the best experience with Bob from Acadian home inspection. He's a super diligent, intelligent and fast responding home inspector. His report was over 29 pages long, and had detailed photos, diagrams, point-outs, and solutions! We spoke on the phone for 30 minutes to go over the results, and all of the ways in which I, or the seller should repair any of the items on the inspection that were not up to par for him. He speaks very clearly and was honestly THE EASIEST part of purchasing a home and the entire process.

Bob did an inspection of a house that I am buying. He was a pleasure to work with. He was thorough and explained every facet of what he saw. He took his time and made sure that he didn’t miss anything. His report, which I got the next day, was amazingly comprehensive. It was easy to understand what HAD to be remediated and what were merely suggestions. We had Acadian Home Inspection conduct our home inspection for a house we are in the process of buying. It is a large and old house that had a lot of issues. Bob allowed us to follow him as much or as little as we wanted to while he was doing the inspection. And when issues came up he clearly explained them and answered questions on the spot. The report was completed the next day and was extremely thorough and detailed. Again, we had a lot of questions and emailed Bob with each one. We got a prompt and clear reply. Bob is great to work with, especially as a first-time home buyer! I hired him for the basic home inspection plus water and radon. We had to coordinate with multiple parties and needed to confirm our final decision on what tests to get. Bob offered his cell number so we could text and he was consistently prompt and responsive.
