Tom was awesome! I called him on a Monday night To inquire about doing an inspection on a house I am purchasing... he had a cancellation and was able to inspect the house on Wednesday. He went over the home and property very carefully and explained EVERYTHING to me....which was so appreciated! He indicated to me all the systems that will need yearly maintenance and explained how each component works. He made practical suggestions about care and maintenance for my new home. He pointed out some things to be cautious of in the future but was also positive and upbeat and pointed out cool features of

We found a home in Rotonda West that we really loved and were ready for a quick closing. We are from out of state so we were only going to be there two days. We contacted Larry Wolf early in the week and within ten minutes confirmed that Friday for the inspection when we would be in town. He was extremely thorough, was very reasonable in price and completed all the extras we requested in the time frame stated. We will definitely have our friends and family that are looking for houses in the area use Wolf Home Inspection Services in the future.
