This place is terrible. They have new management AGAIN, and they’re doing worse than the last and the cycle continues. Nothing gets fixed. Everything is rigged to break from the pool to the elevator.

The staff is friendly, but the policies and procedures are ridiculous. It’s set up to make sure you end up paying more after you leave. When you tour, you are told there is a pool, small gym, and business center, none of which are actually open once you move in and want to use them. The whole place smells of cigarette smoke. Also, don’t break your back cleaning to get your deposit back, because you won’t get it anyway.

If I could give them zero stars, I would. Please do not rent here, save yourself the headache.

I moved out of this complex 3 YEARS ago right after this new management company took over. I received my security deposit back and everything but now I have a random collection account opened. I owe them no money but now this is affecting my credit. Absolutely inexcusable management. I have tried calling them but no one ever answers. I am disputing the collection to have it removed from my credit but this is just ridiculous.
I absolutely wouldn’t trust them with my personal information if I were looking for a new place to live.

My mom moved in a couple of months ago and she had a amazing experience with Kiesha. She was so pleasant and kind.

I had the worst experience with this apartment complex. They never showed me the actual apartment complex because they claimed it was not ready. Another thing was that they did not give me the apartment I filled an application for but they gave me another one and upped the price. They also are trying to currently charge me for excess rent and electricity when I made all of my payments and I disconnected my electricity way before I moved out due to covid. I still have not gotten my deposit. This place is not worth the money at all. The kitchen is way too small and they never picked up the trash

I've had an amazing time living here and I renewed my lease after having the most enjoyable experience at this complex. The management is friendly, considerate, and helpful. Erin and Bart make you feel at home the minute you step into the leasing center.
The building itself is from the 60s and is constantly being maintained and restored by management. My maintenance issues are always corrected in a timely and convenient fashion.
This complex is in a PRIME location surrounded by your pick of four grocery stores, night life, and multiple shopping centers. This all comes with absolutely no noise
