Josh was amazing in helping me get settled into Station R Apartments. He responded to all issues in a timely manner; as a result, my transition into the complex was seamless and pleasant. I love living at Station R. Have been here over a year, and have no plans to leave. I wish I could give the "Maintenance" category a 6 STAR REVEIW, because Isaiah Anderson continues to go above and beyond the call of duty.

If I could rate this apartment a 0 I would! The entire application process was awful. The management team was not welcoming at all! I go in there to visit a two bedroom two bath and the lady at the desk asked me when was I looking to move and how many bedrooms I would need. I tell her the date she says they have nothing available and there was nothing to see. She was really "short toned" with me. I traveled over a hour to come see this place and I had a appointment. I just ended up leaving because I felt like I was unwanted there and that she did not want to AT LEAST! show me around or show a model

I would definitely not recommend this place to anyone. I am a college student so I move frequently each year between campus/apartment living across Atlanta. This is my fourth place I’ve moved to in the last 5 years and by far the worst. The management/team and policies for communication and overall customer service is unprofessional and all over the place. Since I’ve lived here the elevators are out of order and not working 70% of the time and I have to take the stairs/walk to leave or enter the building. My water does not get hot, and I mean literally not even when I first turn the water on

The fire alarms go off far too frequently. There are many apartment complexes of similar design in the Atlanta area that do not have this issue. I fear that if there was a genuine fire one day, there would be a tragedy here as no residents (including myself) actually respect the alarm. Management seems to be taking action but I have been a resident for close to 5 months and it has gone off a lot. If you are moving in, buy earplugs. There are a lot of positives to living here that I would love to talk about, but if you work from home or care about your sleep, I unfortunately cannot recommend it

They said they fixed the fire alarm, it was one big lie. Multiple car break-in. SWAT and police constantly on site.
Don't do the mistake we did. Go somewhere else.
Update after station R apartments response:
There was never apology or team effort to make our life better. Constant blame on smokers in the building and not taking responsibility on our safety.
Having false alarms makes it a "cry wolf" situation. If there is God forbid a fire in the building we will never know if it is true or false.
Our life's in danger at this moment!

The interior of the actual apartments is very nice. Amenities are occasionally lacking in cleanliness, but usually corrected for in due time.
My only real complaint: in living here for just over a year, I’ve experienced over a dozen false, building-wide fire alarms. (I’m not exaggerating either — I document each time they go off.)

Fire alarms go off constantly for no apparent reason. This issue has been reoccurring for months on end without resolution. This Monday alone the fire alarm went off three separate times, for durations lasting at least 20 minutes. There was no acknowledgement from staffing during the entire day or even a response to the multiple emails I sent regarding the issue. As someone who works from home, and has a pet, this is unacceptable. Management does not respect the tenants.

Shoutout to Luis, the best maintenance person around! He is always super helpful, for both small and large problems. He knows exactly how things need to be fixed, and does it quickly and professionally. Not only is he awesome at his job, he is also incredibly kind and friendly. Could someone tell me about the leasing specialist here? I came to take a tour of the Station R apartments this afternoon around 3:45 PM. I actually spoke with someone on Thursday to come in to see the model at 4:00 pm. Upon arriving I was not greeted nor told to wait one minute. When it became time for me to speak with the leasing agent I received a phone call that didn’t take more than two minutes. I've lived here for over a year now and I would encourage you all not to move in. Jorden and Laura were in the office when I first moved in, they were great staff. Now however, the new management seems to not care about anyone's concerns or opinions. There are a lot of issues with the building, from booting registered cars, to barely/no security that we PAY for, valet trash that is payed for but always skipped for pick up and the elevators breaking every few weeks. I have lived at Station R for more than two years now and have seen it through the ups and downs. As of July 2021, I can say I wouldn't recommend Station R to my worst enemy. The new management is incredibly incompetent, do not communicate changes in policies, do not address community issues and concerns, and just generally affect and attitude that they do not care about the safety and well being of the residents. If I could give this place 0 stars, I would. My experience was a nightmare from the beginning. I moved in on the 3rd floor only to find that the 3rd floor is ground level. I was assured months before when I toured the grounds that my apartment was on the 3rd floor which was not ground level. As a female, I did not want to live on the ground floor where people could access my apartment from the balcony. On top of this, on move in day the apartment was not clean. If I could give this Apartments zero stars I WOULD. THE WORST "LUKURY APARTMENT" I have lived in. Everyone is all over the place. When I first moved here the young man that showed me the apartment wasn't clear with everything we were paying for. On top of that We have to deal with Fire-alarms going off at 3 AM and sometimes it would go on for about 20 minutes non stop. Not only that but we have had multiple car break ins. If you wanna be woken up out your sleep at 2 am to a loud fire alarm and the fire department outside then yea definitely move here !!!! i pay 1400 a month for my trash that's supposed to be valet to stay outside my door most days they don't come to my floor so the whole hallway smells like sewer because everybodies trash is outside waiting to be took

Feels like it's always something.,,, Been without AC all weekend... they have 1 maintenance man (who is a really great guy) but it looks like this guy can't take a day off... as a result I've sent 3 urgent emails and left 3 messages and an email to manager (no response) ... it's been 89 degrees in my apartment and if it wasn't for COVID I would go to a hotel. I will not be renewing my lease. This is just ridiculous....

I lived here from November 2018 to November 2019 and I wouldn't do it again and most likely I wouldn't rent from Pinnacle again either. You can find the pros in basically any "luxury" building in Atlanta and at the same price point. The cons were the more stressful bits and I've given context below. I've also posted this on other apartment sites b/c "why not". Also, if you had a good experience...good for you...it doesn't invalidate the issues they had when I lived there.

RUN! DO NOT LIVE HERE. We absolutely loved the unit, location and the girl who showed us the unit. That is unfortunately where all positives end. It was pulling teeth at the start to get any updates on our application and had to call multiple times and send emails to get no response from. On the day of move in and upon a walk through inspection, counter tops were stained in the kitchen, nook and both the master and guest bathrooms. The girl told us they would be replaced. There were stains all over the wood shelving in the kitchen and bathroom that we were also told would be replaced. One was.

I've been living her over a year, and do not understand the negative reviews on this site! I love this place and would recommend it (and have) to many close friends. The actual apartment has the style and current eco systems that are stellar. My fave place to live ever. Love the location, grounds, amenities, and have never had any issue with the staff ever. The staff here is not professional at all. Showed up to get tour of apartment during normal business hours and no one was there. Next time, scheduled an appointment for a tour and showed up and there was a sign saying the office is closed. A lady who worked there showed up to grab something from the office. I asked her about my appointment and she didn't care because she had a pool party to go to. It was very rude. I'm guessing they have enough tenants because there was a waiting room of us waiting on the staff. Also I would like a job there because I would love to go to the pool on
