I've lived in West Inman Lofts for the past three years and had an exceptional experience. The pros of the place far outweigh cons (which I'll share).
Pros: the management is excellent - you won't meet a person kinder and more attentive than O'Marra. She learns your name and your apt number. Any issue we've had, she or her team fixed it quickly. The location is unbeatable. The space is large. Pool is nice. Ample parking behind the gate. No pest issues. I always felt safe inside the building. Maintenance fixes issues quickly and they're both so kind! The team that cleans the public spaces is wonderful

I have lived here for the past year and would recommend this apartment complex to someone looking to move to/in Atlanta. The value for money was the reason I chose this apartment. It was the least expensive housing on the beltline. It has close proximity to many restaurants, bars, a cute donut shop, and Krog St. Tunnel. While I wasn’t able to get the full experience of the area due to COVID-19 I loved just going on walks/bike rides in the area. Lots of murals, MLK Jr. birth home, the King family foundation, Jimmy Carter Center (but further), Historic Old Fourth Ward skate park (nice skyline view

I love my apartment and all of the amenities included but my favorite has to be the prime location! Being right on the belt line was important to me and for the price I cannot beat this. I literally ride a scooter to work and my son rides his bike on the belt line at least 3 times a week. The friendliness of the staff is a big bonus.

1. Doors were always an issue, handles broken in half, latches missing, buttons for electronic access buttons were broken. Often doors were unlocked or unusable for weeks when I lived there. This is definitely the best apartment complex that I have moved to. The maintenance staff is great and the front office is quick and happy to answer every question you have. Megan is AMAZING. I highly recommend this to everyone looking to live in an affordable place right at the beltline. Me and my dogs love it!

I've lived here for 5 years. Best price for the location hands down! 24 hour fitness center, pool, and right at the end of the BeltLine. O'Mara and Meghan are extremely friendly and take the time to resolve any questions or concerns that you may have on a personal level. Overall I would highly recommend these apartments. I've already referred a couple of friends who also agree that this is the best deal in Inman Park.

I'm a fairly new resident. I moved in May 2020 and I had to leave a review. The staff here are so sweet but Nicole was my saving grace. She was so patient with me and my indecisiveness as I tried to choose the unit I wanted. The Ponce floorplan is LOVE ! I can't get enough of it and I finally live somewhere where I look forward to coming home.

Where to begin.
the actual unit and location is not bad, but everything else about this place is terrible.
fire alarms go off in the early morning or late at night for no reason, and management hasn't done anything to fix the problem other than to just have the fire department come shut off the alarm once it starts going.
half the time the elevators aren't working, and the doors to get into the complex do not lock like they are supposed to.
there is a HUGE bug problem at this complex, and nothing is done about it. bringing in someone to spray areas of "concern" is putting

Avoid these apartments. Great Location/Horrible Management staff and maintenance of the property. Staff will be warm and welcoming when you visit and change the moment you sign the lease. Manager Shaeen is condescending and could care less about tenant satisfaction. She does not welcome customer feed back. There is no sense of urgency in getting problems resolved and none of the managers live on the property, so they could care less about the safety or the conditions of the property. Management kind of just made me mad because they had an attitude with me about a simple question. I like my general area but there a several complaints. I have had bugs in my apartment multiple times. They should get a pest team over here. I have finally realized my I got such a good "deal" on my place. When I moved in they did not have my bathroom door installed and my dryer was not working. So in my opinion they are not well prepared. I lived there for 3 years and the first 11/2 was great. Management was helpful and they cared. The building was well kept and all the tenets were happy. BUT, that changed with the new management company. Now the place is a dump. The pool area is filthy, the lighting in the garage has been broken for months, the security door on the second floor had been broken for a year and nobody will fix it so there is NO security. Nobody cleans the grounds and the greatest maintenance man on earth was fired after being there for years. Perhaps they are getting by with no maintenance- looks like it.

Overall, this place is mismanaged and poorly maintained. Yes, everyone that works here is nice and apologetic, but they wouldn't have to apologize so frequently if they just did their jobs in the first place.

I have never been so impressed with how a leasing agent such as Lacey treats her position. Her thoroughness and kindness and attention to detail and getting things correct was impressive. I love living here, its quiet, clean, and has every amenity you could ever want!
The building maintenance staff are quick and consistent, the pool is always clean and any time theres an issue, the staff are on top of it!
I cannot recommend living here enough, its close to everything you could want to be close to!
The walls are thick, you basically feel like you are the only human in the building most times

Ditto to the previous post about the fire alarms. I understand things happen, but the way it was dealt with and the lack of communication were incredibly poor. The alarms were still blaring at 10:30pm last night after having gone off all afternoon. I feel sorry for anyone who had small children or dogs last night.
In general this is an alright complex. Great location, friendly office staff, and nice residents. However, the pool is always disgusting, the hallways get pretty dirty, and the trash is out of control. Also, random complaint, but if you are in the garage and don't have a key fob

As much as I love to see firefighters in uniform I would prefer it not to be 4 times on a Sunday. Oh what's that you sent an email saying its being triggered by the rain and you were working on it but over the phone we get a "it's not going to be fixed until tomorrow!" and "I can't come babysit that" (PS:It finally shut off at 10:35pm)

Well right after the new year they switched the maintenance guys...the new guys are super nice but can't keep up. When we first moved in they used to clean the hallway floors once a month....now never. People let their dogs pee in the hallway and never go back to clean it up or drag their leaky trash bags. Getting gross. The pool which was spotless hasn't even been cleaned in who knows how long.
Sure part of it is the tenants making the common areas nasty so there is more work to be done...so hire an extra guy or hire a company to handle the pool. We decided not to renew our lease

Although I have been living here a short period of time, so far I am very pleased with the complex. Management is very friendly. Maintenance is always fast and eager to help if there is an issue in your home. That's another thing; I feel very at home here. I understand everyone has different experiences whether you live on the top floor, bottom, side of the building, etc. I live on the ground floor and I absolutely LOVE it! The convenience of being close to the pool, parking garage, leasing office, gym, etc. is wonderful. I especially love the higher ceilings and larger balcony. Not to mention

I have lived at The Montage for going on four years. I have never had any complaints against me and I have always paid my rent on time. It has been a mix of good and nightmarish. Good because I LOVE the location and the rent is not bad. Nightmarish because well let me list the reasons:
1. there have been 3 or 4 different management companies since I've lived here- one only slightly better or worse than the next. Always promise changes and not much happens.
2. The halls smell like a lovely combination of garbage and weed.

This place is a nightmare! Look at what Beth C. Plus it has gotten worse since then. I never went to the pool because if the things she told you about. This winter the sprinkler system pipes froze and burst on the top floor. Completely flooding around 20 apartments. Those people had all their stuff ruined and had to move out. The fire alarm goes off in the mornings now about once a week. Not if workers gutting damaged apartments are doing that or what. They Also managed to set off sprinkler system on the fourth and flood the lower levels AGAIN! My apartment has not been affected yet but remaining

We viewed the apartments 3 months before we planned to move and then being as fickle as I am, decided that we wanted a different floor plan a very short time before moving in. They worked with us to get it all set up a matter of days before our scheduled move in. This place is GREAT, (especially considering that we were paying an arm and a leg to live in a small old apartment in the Highlands for the past 2 years).
