I was debating between north highland steel or inman quarter and what made the different was the office staff. Oscar and Josue truly made an impact on my decision. If I was going to spend this much money I would rather spend it knowing I am valued and taken care off. I was greeted right away and offered a water. Josue listened to what I was asking for and even though there wasn't an apartment I was looking for he offer to show me around the community and to contact me when the apartment I was looking was ready. Oscar was very helpful to answer any questions Josue wasn't sure off. Even though Josue

I truly love living here. Move-in process was made much easier by James (who is so sweet and helpful) and I had a few finicky things since I've moved in to make the apartment my own - maintenance has been here very quickly for any request I've made. Of course location is great as well. It has been a lot of fun to walk downstairs for coffee, food, etc. Bonus if you have dogs, I love the little pond / fountain area to the right of the leasing office. It's a peaceful nature walk with your pups.

Pros: Great location. Right next to the beltline, bars and restaurants.
Cons: Packages get lost very very often, lots of false fire alarms at inconvenient times, units are older for the area which means appliances often have issues and toilet has issues with flushing. My AC and Heater have gone out multiple times.

I love living here! I was sold when James from the leasing office made me feel like I was at the right place and randomly my neighbor gave me a tour of her place! I haven’t been disappointed yet! Maintenance and grounds staff are awesome! They are also on top of things and so friendly and helpful! The neighbors (I’ve met) are are so chill and friendly! It can get a bit loud at night (by the courtyard) because this place is poppin, but the restaurants responsibly move things inside at a certain time. And really, I enjoy hearing people happy and communing. Community vibe! The location offers

Two years ago I gave IQ a five star review (see below) and that holds true today. Two years ago I moved from NYC and was welcomed to the community. Today amidst a pandemic IQ is a safe home with a supportive community. The leasing office and management are accessible, friendly, and always try to be of assistance. The building is always undergoing improvement and updates. Of course the location is everything...walkable to the beltline, park, shop, everything you could want. Still feel like I live in the best part of town and in the best building in this part of town.

Best apartment experience you could ask for! I have lived in over 3 different apartments and this is by far the best one yet! First of all the building/amenities are clean and well-maintained. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. They are constantly working to make improvements to the building and offering residents fun events such as (socially distanced) holiday celebrations with food and drinks. Maintenance is also wonderful! They always promptly respond to requests and work with your schedule. Lastly, the location is PRIME; amazing restaurants and walkability! If you are considering

DO NOT, under any circumstance, move into Inman Quarter. I was 100% deceived and directly lied to about moving into the building and unequivocally told there were "no noise issues"; only to discover that the entire courtyard downstairs gets turned into a nightclub w/ an outdoor DJ, TV screens and no boundaries on spatial use for any of the tenants - 7 nights a week. The noise is unbearable and it's going to get worse w/ further reopening and more outdoor DJs in the communal area downstairs, that the body corporate has given rights to the retailers to use without boundaries at the

I've been living in Inman Quarters since they opened 4 years ago, and I love it! The location is perfect! You're across the street from the Beltline, walking distance to great restaurants, Savi Market (groceries) in the back, and Edgewood Retail District is a short drive away. To top it off, the staff is amazing. Sherrika, Nicole, Savannah, Kendrick, and Derrick are always so warm/welcoming, and attentive to my needs. They go above and beyond to make sure this feels like a home rather than just another apartment I leased. If you're looking to move to Inman Park, there's no better

Obsessed with my apartment and the property, never want to leave! The property management is more than amazing as they bend over backwards to make everyone happy. The maintenance guys are like family. Couldn't be happier living in IQ and in the best area in Atl, walking distance from everything. Huge shout out to my fave leasing consultant, Savannah who is the sweetest and hardest working gal I know. So lucky to live here.

I've been living at Inman Quarter for seven months, and this is by far the best apartment I've lived in. The entire leasing office (Sherrika, Nicole, Savannah) is outstanding and quick to handle any issues that arise. All maintenance repairs have been addressed promptly. Inman Quarter is one of the best constructed apartment complexes I've… encountered, based upon my experience working in commercial real estate. Not to mention the overall friendliness of the residents, in large part due to the neighborly community of Inman Park. And if you have a dog, they are so accommodating and friendly

Inman Quarter is a trendy mixed-use development that opened in Inman Park in 2014. It's in a prime location, at what some may consider the heart of Inman Park. It's close to a bunch of good restaurants, bars, and cafes, many of which preceded the construction of this property, and has a whole set of restaurants and retailers of its own. This review is written from my perspective as a visitor to Inman Quarter's restaurants and not as a resident of the apartment complex.

If it was a review on location, this would get a 5. Unfortunately, it's managed by an extremely untrustworthy company.
Habitually failing to notify when packages have arrived (for weeks at a time), mail from TriBridge Residential arriving days if not weeks late, constant fire alarms going off, multiple car break ins and even an apt break in (and a refusal by management to install cameras) and a leasing office with very up and down staff (bring back, Perry please).
Don't blame you if you love the area, just get everything in writing...

I enjoyed living at Inman Quarter for the obvious reasons: the convenience of the belt line, restaurants and fun events. However, the noise and traffic makes life a bit chaotic.
Traffic being an issue trying to leave the parking deck and visitors taking up time with not wanting to pay to leave the garage. I've been held up in the parking deck for several minutes before (5-7 mins) ... Which is a nuisance when you're in a rush.
The noise is going to come with the territory, but with half the restaurants playing music and the half doing construction, the noise became unbearable. As well

The only reason Inman Quarter is getting 2 stars is because of the location and surrounding businesses. Tri-Bridge management is the WORST management company I have ever had to deal with. They took over in June and I immediately missed the original management company. The owners should seriously reconsider their decision to allow this company to manage their property. They are impossible to get in touch with by email or phone. They never respond nor does anyone ever answer the phone. They are rude, dismissive and apathetic to issues you may be having.

Do you love fire alarms going off for hours? How about leaking roofs (to the point you have to put your furniture on cinder blocks) and after 3 weeks it's still not fixed? What about cockroaches and ants? No? Maybe faulty gates and your car getting broke into! Top all this off with sky high rent prices and it's truly a winning combination. If you love these things as much as me then Inman Quarter is the place for you!

Save your money. The area is nice, fun and dog friendly, but it all ends there. There is something wrong with the building so there are leaks everywhere and jack hammers going off on a constant basis to find leaks. The fobs and magnetic window strips work randomly. You never know when you have to use a call box for someone to let you in. The worst is the management staff. They could care less especially Kelli who is supposed to be the manager. If you need her, your best bet is to follow your nose in the parking garage. The rank cigarette smoke will lead you right to her.
