ANOTHER UPDATE: It happened at least 3 more times while there. I have to say, no longer there and would never recommend to anyone, ever.
UPDATE: We’ll it took 17 Days to fix a warning alarm that would beep constantly only to be reset and ignored. Finally the incessant beeping was resolved, NOPE IT’S BACK. LET THE EXCUSES BEGIN AND NIT FIX IT FOR ANOTHER 2 WEEKS. ATROCIOUS.
Absolutely terrible management. Have been trying to get them to resolve an extremely annoying issue (sprinkler system alarm going off in closet near unit for 12 days in a row) and they just keep passing the buck. When asking

PROS- Location and the pool is nice when it's open. The community has to deal with the nightmare that is the office so everyone is decently clean, friendly, and quiet.
CONS- The positive reviews on here are fake. Avoid this place at all costs - management has run this place into the ground. Unless you like overpaying to have mold, cockroaches, closed amenities, car break-ins and be spoken down and lied to- I'd go somewhere else. They messed up our rent every month and we had to wait 9 months to even get an air-filter changed and that's not even mentioning the other 20+ issues we had that never

I have lived here for two years. The newest manager, Shaeen, is without question the best we have had in my time here. She is incredibly attentive and apologetic when things go wrong, and I always feel that she is putting 100% effort into everything she does. I think that some of the folks who live here, unfortunately, do not understand the principles of "communal living", and are very sloppy with their trash, animal waste, etc. This is not management's fault; and I have seen Shaeen and her team go to great lengths to try and mitigate the problems that a few neglectful and untidy residents cause

DO NOT RENT HERE. I've been here 6 months. This is the most unsafe, worst maintained, overpriced "luxury" apartment complex throughout all of Inman Park or O4W. You are better off in any other building in the surrounding areas. I was told my apartment would be painted grey upon move in. The day of move in the property then demanded an additional $1500 for the paint color they guaranteed to me as a new renter. I pay for stainless steel appliances (complex provided fridge only upon move in, refuse to update stove/dishwasher/microwave from black so it's just mismatched appliances

Loved living here! The location is amazing, right on the belt line and a stone's throw from amazing restaurants. Great community. The management is very responsive and quick to help with anything you may need (repairs, questions, concerns, etc.). Also felt very safe living here. Thanks for my time here.

However, the one major downside is numerous units in this building (including mine) have had constant issues with internet service. The only provider is ATT, and the service stops randomly. I've only been there a year and a half and I'm currently living with NO internet at all for the third time. I've had no internet at all for 4 weeks now, and the management office just says that's an issue ATT should deal with.
I also think the rent is high for what you get.

The walls to this apartment are so thin that I hear the one girl living alone above me walking around her apartment at all hours. I can hear conversations from outside when I live on the third floor. I can hear my neighbor's phone ring and can even hear person on the phone's voice once she answers. I've lived in other apartment buildings and have never experienced such thin walls ever before. I am constantly woken up in the middle of the night from hearing people walking around. Not to mention, we are all now paying incredibly expensive rent that includes amenities such as a pool

The worst complex i have ever stayed in by far. While the apartments themselves are completely fine management and the staff are horrible. They are slow to respond to questions or concerns and are often difficult to track down and work with. We signed a year long lease and chose to leave after 6 months of being there because we were so tired of dealing with them. The water was shut off 3 or 4 times for "routine maintenance." Who shuts off the water that often! The fire alarms were tripped 4 or 5 times randomly while we lived here and proceeded to go off for up to 5 minutes straight.

Toured this community recently and from the moment I walked into the leasing office Cash made me feel right at home. He was extremely professional, funny and incredibly helpful. He cared about my needs and was able to help me find the perfect floor plan to fit my lifestyle. I have been touring many apartment homes in the Inman Park area and this property stood out to me because of the customer service I received from Cash. He is a wonderful asset to this community and the reason I will definitely be contacting them when I am ready to move.

Great apartments, great location!! No real complaints at all. You still have your typical things that come along with apartment living, but those should be expected. Just one suggestion to management...It would be great if ANY of the electronics in the fitness center worked. The main TV has been on the same Apple sign in page for more than a year and the iPads don’t work.

We stayed in Loft #437 with super hosts Diana and Rudie. I loved our weekend stay through Airbnb at Mariposa. It was close to the belt line and the location is superb. I love how you can stay in different locales though Airbnb. Even though our visit was only for the weekend, we had a blast on our vacation in Atlanta.

I've seen mixed reviews about this place..I've lived here nearly 1.5 years, and I'll say that they are top notch from maintenance staff, as well as the office staff. Any maintenance issues are resolved almost immediately, and done correctly. The staff will do their best to help or work with you if you have other issues.

Lived here for four years. Great location and nice apartments. Only downside is the rental company management, which I felt charged unfair fees on multiple occasions. When we moved out they essentially sold their reputation for $150 in excess fees. If they hadn't done that I'd have nothing bad to say. Bad business in my opinion. Probably has something to do with why their employee turnover is so high.

I absolutely love living at Mariposa Lofts. The location is fantastic, I love the belt line and the walking distance to plenty of restaurants, bars and supermarkets. Also, the management staff and maintenance staff are awesome. My maintenance tickets are addressed immediately and Maurice is the best leashing agent/ Asst Manager in residential real estate. The manager is also very nice and always wiling to help. The rooms are spacious and in my opinion, I am living the best bang for my buck!

I do not recommend living here at all. If you are not on the top unit and your upstairs neighbor is an inconsiderate person who stomps around at all hours of the night and during the day this will not be a pleasant experience. When you call the courtesy officer he will just knock on the door (to which she won't answer) and shrugs his shoulders and the leasing office just shrugs their shoulders. If you want to pay a ridiculous amount in rent and not be able to get a peaceful night's rest in your home, sure live here. But otherwise, there are a lot of other nicer and newer places on the

I recently moved to Atlanta from Austin, TX and I chose to live here primarily due to the location and functionality of the property. However, the service has been exceptional all the way around! I cannot say how much I truly appreciate and respect all that Maurice (leasing agent/assistant manager) and Josiah (maintenance) have done to ease this transition. They are both phenomenal all the way around!

This building is located in a prime spot right on the Beltline. The rent is relatively cheap for the area and the amenities include a theater room, business center, pool table, and nice common areas. The pool area is nice and clean and the gym has enough equipment to stay off a third party membership. This is a good choice if you're looking to enjoy all that Inman Park and the surrounding area have to offer.

Great location, close to the belt line and some of the best restaurants in Inman Park. You can walk to the belt line, jump over to Krog street then Ponce City Market, and then back home and cool off in the salt water pool! The lofts are nice and well-maintained. The property overall is also well-manicured and taken care of on a regular basis. There is also plenty of parking given the location.
The staff and management are friendly and always helpful. You can also rent out the clubhouse for special events.

Burglaries are insane...there have been roughly a dozen in the last 12 months. Management cannot get a handle on the situation, & I'm not sure they or the owners really appreciate the quality of life issue it creates. Crime rate in this complex is significantly higher compared to the neighborhood and to other nearby apartment communities. It's unfortunate because the property is fairly well maintained & the location is amazing.
