Please fix the crime rate instead of raising the rent reminds me of 2 years ago when we had to pay for a falling tree,I thought It was strange when we had the hurricane and a tree fail which park at
Midtown had to handle then boom water bill lol , but now it's like the more crime the higher the rent ... rent went up 250-300 since virus begin in 2020 bravo

This place loses a star for me every single day and the only reason I gave it one star is because the staff is phenomenal. The insides are "renovated" but the structure of the apartments are very old. You can hear your rude neighbors (like today in fact) using loud machinery to move at either 6am or 12am, children playing/ stomping in the hallways with no regard to other neighbors, or really just not abiding by "quiet time" and it's the most frustrating especially because I work 12 hour shifts and this time is crucial for me, so I know it has to be for others. All the staff are exceptionally great except for Ms. Khris. She is VERY rude, unprofessional, unapproachable, disrespectful, disengaging over simple conversations/situations. She feels the need to have the last word and degrades the tenants in front of other residents and guests. Speaks out of turn and talks over people including the office staff. Corporate needs to consider who they have representing the complexes on a day to day basis. She needs serious coaching or needs to find another position that best suites her attitude, like a corrections officer at a prison!

I've lived here a year, and I genuinely don't recommend it. Our entire complex (neighbors and all) are infested with roaches. They have pest control included in their rent, but it sucks. Even though they come once a month, we still find them. One of the bedrooms keeps growing mold. It's like whenever we fix one problem, another pops up. Our apartment wasn't cleaned when we first got there. We mopped the floor 8 times and our mop water was black every time! The apartment in general is just in bad condition.

I saw a review of a roach problem and realized it was not only my apartment having that same problem. They have sent pest control out twice and that has helped a little bit so we’ll see what happens with that issue.
Another issue is my water bill is always nearly $100. I feel like I am being scammed for sure. There’s only 2 of us here. My last apartment, I had 3 other roommates and our total water bill was never more than $40.

The worst place I've ever stayed at! Been here a little over a year before they stared to get around to fixing all the broken things in my apartment(My lease is a year they did that to shut us up,Our lease was up the next week)! OH and I complained so many times about the neighbors partying during all through week till 5am and nothing was ever done! Had to call the cops over 5 times and still nothing was ever done! My youngest child was so scared to sleep by herself for all the stomping and noise. If I could give this place 0🌟stars I would! And they raised the rent by$200 and our apartment was

I can't say enough negative things about this place. The office staff, which changes regularly, is nice enough but you're just a number to them. Not what you want in the place where you live. Maintenance, especially is horrendous! They only have two guys and I'm not sure either of them actually knows how to fix anything. They mark work orders as complete without ever stepping foot in the apartment. Leaks aren't treated as emergencies and can take up to a week or more to be addressed.
There are drugs and no amount of complaining to the office has don't anything.

This apartment is located in prime location to I73/I85 and the New Garden/Friendly area but that is the only thing going for it. It's an older property that the owners, who change regularly, have not kept up. There are crater sized pot holes throughout the property. I didn't do my due diligence and got stuck in a lease b/c I didn't take the time to ride around the property. The bathrooms don't have fans and there are no overhead lights in the bedrooms. The office staff are nice to deal with but they change regularly as well. Trash litters the parking lot and the maintenance guys can take a while

Saved $50 a month for 50 square feet more from last place. But window has been broken for 2 months - and we ask multiple times a week for assistance and never get it. We're paying 4 times more in electricity than what we were paying. You can hear the wind coming through the window, there's condensation. It's terrible. They're never in the office, and no one calls you back.
Absolutely terrible customer service. The apartments look nice, but have terrible standards, everything is falling apart - and no one will fix it. No one will even talk to you. Highly DO NOT recommend.
