Just moved in. So far everything has been far from perfect but I have absolute confidence in the office management Shaunna who has gone above and beyond to make sure my stay here will be comfortable and peaceful. Her and office staff Jared do a spectacular job at meeting my needs at responding to calls and helping me through every step of the way. I couldn’t ask for better staff! Thank you!!!!

I do not reside in the apartments but in the surrounding community. There have been several occasions where I observe the dumpsters overflowing with trash. Most recently the picture below, in which the trash has been like this for almost two weeks. Not only is it unsightly, but also leads to other issues with stray animals, rodents and so forth.
I have observed the apartment complex attempting to improve by redoing their roofing, updating concrete and so forth; however, all of their efforts are quickly out-shadowed by their excessive trash.

There is so many problem here and management and maintenance are a joke. My apartment has flood multiple times to point where me and my toddler have to move due to damage. The current property manager lisa doesnt care for tenants so dont waste your time even calling. Two of the times of flooding was sewer from the above apartment. Told be left in the mess for days. So if rent here do not due ground floor do not over pay not worth the listing prices the remodel looks great in pictures that is it.

After numerous changes in staffing and managers, this place is still deplorable. The new maintenance team feels it is okay to be unprofessional in both mannerisms and performance. Entering apartments without proper notice, leaving things broken for long stretches of time and just having a poor attitude about it. When the dishwasher broke down, tenants were just advised to discontinue use. Someone above me continued to use their washer during this time and it leaked into my ceiling, creating a big brown, moldy spot. It’s been months, still no answers on that. I’m not normally one to leave reviews of places/things but after living in this complex for a year, I strongly STRONGLY advise to stay away. Management is so poorly ran, they’ve gone through multiple different staff including maintenance. If you have anything broken in your apartment you might as well fix it yourself since it takes almost a month or so for them to get around to it. Never answer phone calls or emails in the office when their hours say they’re “open”, constantly closing the office early when their hours say different. I could go on and on but if you actually care about

Mold everywhere, maintenance is lazy. They change lease agents every few months and the cops are always out here for crime. The new lease agent is rude and does not care about the residents. The hallways in buildings are only cleaned it seems when someone comes out to tour. I would not recommend living here and to stay far away.

If you value your hard earned money (and sanity), do not rent an apartment from Fireside Village. My husband and I received a letter from a debt collection agency stating that we still owned money to Fireside Village however WE NEVER RECEIVED A BILL FROM THEM. The management team never contacted us about any outstanding balances.
When we moved out of Fireside Village 3 months ago, I was thinking that we were finally done with this horrible apartment complex, but I'm still dealing with their nonsense.

"If I could give this place zero stars, I would!" is something I never thought I would actually say or agree with until I lived at Fireside Village. My lease with my brother was up so I was looking for a nice, one-bedroom apartment for myself. "You get what you pay for" is another familiar quote I'd probably use in this scenario, except the place I currently reside is cheaper and 100x better than Fireside in every way. For being a not-so-fancy place, they sure ask for a lot (of paperwork AND money) before you're even approved. I was NOT going back to my parent&apos
