Upper management has ignored all of my emails concerning the skunks living under my 1floor bedroom apt. They write on here contact customer service and they ignored all of my emails concerning these skunks under my floor!!
It is to the point now I’m nauseated from the constant putrid smell, this has been going on since the end of august. They refuse to even give me a call!! Hired ABC wildlife but they set 1 trap for a family of skunks. Asked if they could set more traps and management declined. I’m literally physically ill at this point no one cares. I have been living here for 8 years now and its been great until these people moved in awhile back and all they do is record my father smoking and hit the walls and make noise at 10pm its annoying and they reported us and made falls information about us i would of done 5 stars if they weren't annoying and the people that work here are great.

I have lived here for 5 years and my neighbors change each year, some good neighbors others bad neighbors but you never know until a person lives next to you once their in their in. I like Dina, she the property manager. There have been 3 property manager here since I been here but she nice. She also is one person, she doesn't own the place and can't fix everything! But she does her best. So kudo's to Dina, Mario too, he's really nice.

Apartment complex takes it sweet time to do snow removal. Management does not care. If you break your lease be ready to pay a huge amount of money. 3 months worth of rent to break your lease. But they keep changing that rule, It went from 1 month to now 3 months. Won’t be shock if it goes up to 6 months worth of rent to break your lease. They can’t seem to keep tenants. Pest control sucks. Every building stinks, specially these that cook food, that causes foul odor to transfer into other people apartments. Building needs better ventilations system.

I have been at Dynasty Pointe apartments in Woodridge going on 2 years now. Yesterday, I called in a work order for some minor problems. I am an older guy and it is not always easy for me to get around to accomplish simple tasks anymore. I needed some light bulbs changed, my closet was off track, I requested some new blinds for my porch, simple stuff. Well, I must say I was impressed!!! The staff completed all the work in a couple hours from when I called. Then, something unexpected happened, maintenance saw that I had a couple bags of garbage ready to go out, and they offered to take it for me

This place seems to be the new location for recent parodies, drug dealers and deadbeats. I have lived here for many years and seen this place plunge into hell. The management doesn't care. There was a shooting in the parking lot a month or so ago. Young men in hoodies standing on the same corner every night and car traffic. Like they have a lot of friends that say hi for 10 seconds or they are selling drugs. If your female, you can't go out or come in at night, unless u like being harassed. This place is horrible and should be fined out of existence

WORST. COMPLEX. EVER. Recently, I was in a bad car accident and had to take my car into the shop and pick up my rental. I returned home at 6pm, by 10pm that night my rental was being towed. I come out to work the next day and it is gone. After spending the $172 to get it out I spoke with Maryanne about the fact that I had no way to avoid getting towed because it's not in the parking rules of lease how to avoid such things after hours. Rented here due to time constraints, and I would NEVER recommend this place to anyone. Had several maintenance issues, and if the maintenance decided to show up he never had tools and borrowed ours. He used twine to "fix" our toilet. We moved out a month early, and when I went back to drop off my keys I stopped by my apartment to make sure everything was squared away there was a fold up table and overturned buckets in my living room.
