Update 12/14/21 Just another warning not to move here. Washer is broken and still no reply from maintenance. The light fixture that was ruined by the leak in the ceiling still hasn't been fixed. Closing on our house couldn't come faster in the past 3 weeks encountered cops. One was banging for someone to come out with their hands up in our building. Someone was jumped by many other people in the lot and the people from across the street had to come and help before cops arrived. And just tonight coming home from work the apartment two doors down has cops and caution tape outside. People

I feel like I dodged a bullet on this one. Especially after reading the other reviews. I could not even make it through the application process without the staff being unprofessional and rude. The unit wasn't available as advertised, Shai gave me incorrect information when I toured the apartment and after applying, I had to drive back to the property to withdraw my application because I could not contact anyone on the phone for several days. Their excuse is that their internet and phones have been down for two days. In the WHOLE complex. So, they cannot process the refund for the $300 to hold

We took a tour of this apartment today. The pictures online looked so fantastic but the in-person tour told the whole story. Our tour guide went over all the move in requirements and put a huge emphasis on our income. Then they asked if 4 people were interested in a one bedroom. I guess we looked poor? Not to mention the fees stacked on top of base rent was just absolutely ridiculous. The apartment they took us to was in the middle of renovations. It was the two story town home. The floor plan pictures were really deceiving. It looked like it was built by a kid playing the sims. Awkwardly sized

Personally, my new favorite form of entertainment lately is watching the convenient burst of back to back sketchy five star reviews pour in within a two week span after a long list of single starred reviews providing honest criticism. I also enjoy the part where they respond to only five star reviews while leaving those residents with genuine concerns with no response (kind of like their emails and phone calls).
An added bonus would be not being given a heads up that they’ll be working on your floors hallway flooring so you won’t be able to leave your apartment to get to work. 10/10 would

This has been absolutely amazing here since your representative Katie is managing this property.. since the first day I met her which was on a Saturday she jumped right in to care for my needs… I’m quite sure she’s the same way with every tentant.. you can see the position managing JRK is a passion not a job… glad to know her… everything been done is with excellence and efficiency…

If I could leave a review I would put no stars I would. We moved in and they change managers four times and each manager changed the rules and did not honor what the previous manager said. The new temp manager Katie is disrespectful and very rude and doesn't understand any customer service skills. Do not move here ever. They don't fix anything, air conditioner was out for 14 days at 115°, they don't stay true to their lease, and it's seriously seriously the worst place ever

If you enjoy not having A/C for weeks on end during the hottest months of the year then this is the place for you. Do you enjoy going swimming in dark green pools? If so this the dream apartment you have been looking for. Personally my favorite thing is hearing the office phone ring and no one getting back to you. Also, this apartment complex features a unique two-tone paint job where one side is a light brown and another is painted white so you never forget where your apartment is. If all these are a match for you feel free to try to get ahold of them to schedule a tour!

I typically don’t leave reviews, but I’ve honestly had enough. This complex used to be very diligent and consistent with maintenance requests but ever since new management has taken over we haven’t be able to get anything we need fixed with our unit. There was a leak in the apartment above ours and it cause ours to flood and soaked our floors. They said they would have our floors cleaned and our walls fixed. Months later and we are still living in those conditions. We put in a request for our dryer a month ago, and now when we try and dry our clothes it smokes so we can no longer use the

Old management was great, but since the new management company came in the complex has gone downhill. We have been submitting maintenance requests and they haven’t come in 2+ weeks, sometimes they’ll just mark that they fixed it when they never even came. Trash everywhere, overgrown bushes all over the complex. Green pools. They keep talking about their million dollar renovations but can’t even provide basic services or maintenance.

Almost 20 units have had their air conditioners fail in the last two weeks and they are only just now starting to fix them. I'm left without AC and with no portable unit so I'm homeless and living in my car with my dog until they fix it. The trash has built up in the stairwells, and they only have one maintenance staff for all of the units. Semi trucks and box trucks take up spots in our parking lot. Theft of vehicle parts happens frequently. Place used to be awesome. New property management group is trash. Take your money anywhere else. They couldn't even bother to fix the pools

So unprofessional. Staff is literally a joke. 1st off the advertisement on the availability of 1 bed rooms may be off or sub par. I went in to apply for a 1 bed that they didn't have available. The staff literally gave me a key to go look at place myself. Still applied 50 for app, and 300 for future deposit to reserve a place cause in this time its rough to find a place. This is where it gets interesting. I recently got approved for a house with a credit score of 680, unfortunately housing market is ridiculous. When applying for 909 west i felt confident it was going to be the 750 deposit

Where do I start! I have live in these apartments for over 8 years life has been better. Now for the last year we have a new company taken over let just say this place is going down hill quickly. They want to paint our the building. Cool we need a facelift but, can we not fix the lights outside they flicker nonstop it's not just one it's at least 30 light in the parking lot and next to people bedroom windows. Let move on to just this week alone 6-12-2021. Yes it's hot outside but, this year it hotter than normal. My a/c is not working to well. It's in over drive I pull out my

We're in the middle of a heat wave with temps reaching 118 by weeks end, and both of the pools are locked for "maintenance" how it's been a couple of days with the water in the pool being a murky green. They sent an email saying they're understaffed as if that's good enough. We pay for amenities and have no access to the pool in this blistering heat. We pay our rent in full. So they should be FULLY staffed. Not a place you'd wanna live.

At this point if you haven't read any of the reviews and you still move here I assume it's just your last resort, please avoid moving here. June 3,2021 another time reaching out for management to help me with my sink problems and STILL NO ONE COMES OUT TO HELP WITH THIS PROBLEM it's been WEEKS and I even wrote a review about it when I needed the most help... and early this morning my car was broken into AGAIN! And this time damages were made to my car I will say this over and over again DO NOT MOVE HERE, there is so much better places out there then this place! DO NOT MOVE HERE!

The most unprofessional and degrading people you can ever have run a complex I have placed an app with a agent named Shea who was stating she was unable to verify my rental with my name since it showed another she then stated we could get it updated since the app has already been submitted she would have to call corporate which was never done overall I walked in the office to check the status and took 7 min to be helped as Shea walked directly passed me not I'll be rite with you or just a moment I asked for corporates number to get a update then a manager came out and said I need to hang up

Prior to new management taking over I had very little problems contacting staff for any issues I had. Back in November I started to have a pest issue and called to see about getting pest control to come and I was told it wasn't an emergency service and that maintenance is only performing emergency services during the pandemic. I had to spend my own money trying to control the issue and when I moved out I was charged for "extensive pest control". Multiple people in my building had the same issue and I'm sure many have and will be charged for the same thing when it's not
