Individual leasing means peace of mind for you. Your financial responsibility is only for your space unlike many apartments or rental houses where a joint lease is signed. First I moved here when it first opened and had move in dates pushed back twice. When I moved in my whole dishwasher fell out when I opened it, shower had flakes of drywall in it, cracks in the bathtub and my toilet did not work for three days. They told me I had to use the bathroom out in the hallway by the gym until someone was able to get to my apartment three days later. Another thing is I did not ask to be out on the first floor but they put me there and I guess the ceilings are higher than all of the other floors. Which led to management telling me that they were going to charge me an extra

This place was great at first, then it became absolutely terrible. First, I payed nearly $1,000 for a parking spot just to have it always taken. Second the fire alarms go off at 9pm and will not shut off for hours. When I have class the next morning and expect situations to get dealt with, this place has given me nothing but terrible experiences. The front desk is helpful at night, but during the day it is absolutely impossible to get any sort of useful help. This place needs solid management and needs to keep their place cleaner since there are always exit signs missing, moldy bread in the hallways

Terrible treatment of tenants and their parents. My son and roommates were assessed a cost for some cleaning and other apartment damage at the end of the lease. After only 1 communication to my son, Asset Living, the management of the property sent the bill to debt collection. No reasonable effort was made to contact me even though they have my home address, both my wife and my emails, and both my wife and my cell phones. I have never heard of any company taking such a ridiculous nuclear approach rather than make a reasonable attempt to contact their customer. Very disrespectful and rotten treatment

If I could give 0 stars I would. First off, my roommate and I have dealing with a cricket infestation in our apartment for going on 6 months and we have to beg for them to help us. Communication is horrible and my rommmate and I find at least 10 crickets alive every day. We had to go out and buy our own traps since no one was helping us. We sleep on the couch every night because the crickets are in our bed and we never feel safe in our own apartment. In addition there’s a been a slew of issues and unnecessary annoyances the management and staff is so inattentive and couldn’t care less about

The Good:
- Plenty of high quality amenities such as pools, exercise rooms, and more. Loads of student activities and people to meet.
- The architecture and most of the furniture in the lobbies, common areas, and rooms is very modern and nice.
- The coffee machine in the main lobby is free and has a lot of different functions.
- Plenty of comfortable places to hang out and chill.
The Ok:
- The rooms themselves are decent, however some have a few issues. For example, the bottom right burner on my stove straight up doesn't work, and some doors get stuck occasionally. The AC seems to keep automatically

Would not recommend even dealing with this apartment. Rooms are fine, and they have good amenities but nothing you can't find anywhere else. I signed my lease early on in January and spoke to them at length about getting a parking pass. I confirmed I wanted one and was told they were going to add that on to my lease. I confirmed this several times over the phone. Come to find out, I move in, and there is no change to the lease even though I was promised a parking pass several times by several people. The towing company comes through frequently, so I asked if I could have just a couple days to figure

I came here to check out a new location as I am relatively new to the Tempe area. I was greeted by a warm welcome by Garrett Chavez. He was so awesome had a heart to heart chat about the area he gave me some locations as well for me to checkout as I am still getting adjusted to the busy city life. A great smile for and tone from a hardworking young man very pleased!
