Management has really gone downhill this past year. I've lived here for over 2 years without missing a single days rent and all they seem to do nowadays is threaten eviction or fine, instead of talking to me first about problems they think they have. Plus their "Security Service" they provide is a joke. They patrol around the complex like once a week with super bright, flashing, yellow lights for a few hours and leave... I've had things stolen out of cars overnight while living here multiple times. Including while they had this security service.

I was shocked they answered their phones most places just let it ring. I was interested in a 1 bedroom and they provided me prices right away and scheduled me a walk through of the community ! I loved how well maintained it was and how convenient it is to hop on the freeway. They didn’t sugar coat anything and kept it real the whole time. My friend currently lives here and raves about it all the time. Can’t wait to make it my home.

I filled out an application, but I'm currently under lease at another community, and not sure if things are going to work out on my timeline (Trying to negotiate terms of a lease buyout for continuous maintenance issues.) The units look clean and renovated with nice finishes. The office staff was very nice and willing to talk about my current rental situation, and fully explained how the application process works at this property. I would still consider this property after buying out my current lease or after it ends. 👍

Property Management company does not provide the resources to the office and local management to keep the place afloat. People in the office are kind and helpful, and if they could keep this place from falling apart, they surely would.
Property management company does however prioritize renovations and “improvements” to the landscaping which regularly causes the water to go out about once or twice a week.
The laundry rooms are the most disappointing. Several months ago they switched to a pay-by-phone system that deducts $5.00 from your bank at minimum every time you need to refill your card

I have lived here for just over two years. I couldn’t be happier. The apts are comfortable and well taken care of. The management is friendly and responsive although I rarely need them. The location is ideal with everything in walking distance. Thanks so much for doing such a great job in taking care of your tenets!!

This apartment complex is NOT safe. Homeless people often wander into the complex, theft is rampant and the security cameras provide no real security (when my bike was stolen the office couldn't pull the tapes or help in any way). I've spoken to several other tenants and everyone I've spoken with has experienced the something similar. My girlfriend doesn't feel safe there alone and I wouldn't recommend this location for any woman living on her own or family with children. The main work office that is open to all residents has been shut down for weeks because homeless people have gained access and

Cons: ZERO noise mitigation, units are on top of (below) and next to others
At the end of the day, this is a cheap apartment. You can hear (clear as day) your neighbors music or television or everything else. The in unit AC is incredibly loud. But at the end of the day my experience has been this is not a good place for people who enjoy peace and quiet. At the time of this writing, there is a tenant who owns and plays a full drum kit and this can be heard two to three buildings away -- imagine living near that.

A good friend of mines daughter lives there, developed a big infestation. It was deemed that the dishwasher was the entry point. Dishwasher replaced, exterminator brought in and still more bugs. The reply when brought to their attention was pretty much would you like the old one back. Would the owners like that dishwasher in their house so bugs could infest it?
