The complex is in a convenient area and looks good on the outside. The apartments are on the small side, which is no big deal. I like that utilities are included so it’s easier to know what you’re working with every month. However, the construction of the cabinets and drawers in the kitchen and bathroom is of poor quality and the materials used are really cheap. The counters, stove, and toilet are really low (short) which is a bit inconvenient/uncomfortable for average and taller people. I lived at Grandes Cortes for a little over 2 years, and had a wonderful experience. From the Manager to the staff, everyone was nice and professional. I have no complaints whatsoever. I moved only because I was leaving Arizona due to work related reasons. I most definitely would recommend choosing this apartment complex to anyone. Special thanks to Diana for always promptly taking care of any concerns.

Apartments are decent . Really well kept grounds . I was disappointed at management , they don’t seem as helpful as they seemed during the application process , moving in etc. I was expecting it to be a little quieter based on the reviews but some neighbors are quite load . It’s a okay property temporarily. Great for the price and location .

Very disappointed to say the least. I moved here not long ago and I already can't wait until my lease is over. Before I moved here I read the reviews and it seemed like a quiet nice place but WRONG! Almost every night there's a lot of noise, I think someone knocked on my door in the middle of the night . Also the other day I was coming home and there was 4-5 armed police officers walking around the premises .The one thing that's positive here is the grounds are kept very clean.

I have lived at Grandes Cortes apartments for about 3 years now, and I don’t plan on leaving anytime soon. The landscaping outside of the apartments are beautiful, maintenance makes sure to keep on top of it at all times. The office people are super nice and always very helpful. Answers any questions that I ever have and always make sure to say hi whenever I’m passing on by. Whenever I have a service request for maintenance they always respond quickly and make sure to get my work order completed.
