I submitted a maintenance request over two weeks ago never received a call back. My mail has been broken into and the response has been tough cookies. The least that could've been done is install cameras in the mail room and some sensors on the mailboxes to see set an alarm if anyone has opened them. Tired of this place and I don't recommend it to anyone.

Be careful with applying to these apartments. The only photos they have are of a 2bd 2ba. When I had asked to see photos of the apartment since I can't go see it since I'm "pre-leasing" it as they called it that I would only get to see it when I moved in. They sent these photos of what my place would look like. These are classic 1bd 1ba. They have new wood vinyl flooring but not updated appliances or kitchen. Should've asked for the photos before applying but think these photos should be on their website if they were able to send them to me. The reason why they aren't uploaded is because they said

This is a great property! With Greystar taking over you can really start to tell the difference and management seems like they really care. I would definitely recommend this place if you want to live on this side of town. Plus it’s so close to everything! Thank you Sombra Del Oso for making my move in a breeze.

The new management group and maintenance staff are not empathetic to the needs of the tenants. Two weeks ago, I opened a work order for an issue with my washer that I was able to fix on my own. I forgot to advise the office that the issue was resolved so that they could cancel the order. Well, a week later (which was last Friday), maintenance came into my apartment and unplugged the washer and the dryer; mind you, there was no problem with the dryer. On top of that, they were both working earlier that day; when I explained that to the girl at the office, she said that they just weren't working

I’ve lived here 3 years and had multiple managers. The new ones are a lot nicer than the AMC, but they must be special needs because they close out work orders that haven’t been solved, the rent has gone up by $500, they don’t charge for things one month than add it to the next, I hate this place so much. The rent is more than cancelling the lease, so that’s what I will be doing soon. There’s no AC, rent has gone up by $500
I absolutely DO NOT recommend this place.

I've been living here since January and my boyfriend has been here since 2016. When Greystar took over it looked like it was going to improve but they've just gone downhill. We just got our first physical bill and tried to call since we had questions about it. It's been a week and we have not heard back despite calling and emailing. On top of that they've charged us recycling even though the apartment complex doesn't have recycling and on the online bill they tried to hide it as trash rebill. They also don't allow you to pay your utilities at the same time as the rent which doesn't make sense either

Since greystar took over in July management has been awful. If anything the previous management company was a lot more attentive. I currently have work orders that have not been worked on in over two months, going on three due to “short staff and work order backups.” They’ve also raised the rent, I don’t understand why when nothing in my apartment works properly. Their is always trash outside in the parking lot, what’s the point of paying CAM fees when the property isn’t maintained? The grass is green but the litter is everywhere. Let’s not forget they do not answer the office phone

Our swamp cooler has been out for 43 days. After begging with the complex to fix our cooler, we decided to send in a notice that we would be abating rent if it wasn’t fixed within 7 days of receipt of official notice, and as a courtesy I made a copy of the official notice and brought it into the office. The office manager laughed in my face. Extremely unprofessional and rude. The sprinklers near our building were also on for 3 days straight, and we all get billed for the water.
The office staff were not wearing masks when I went to give them the courtesy copy of the notice.

Greystar (which took ownership at the beginning of July) is fully deserving of the negative reviews recently. I called the office on July 19th to report that my units A/C wasn't working. As of September 4th it's still not working despite speaking to the office 6 times (when inquiring when it should be serviced I always get the response of "soon" with a lack of any genuine concern).

If you want air conditioning go to another place. The residents here have been without air conditioning since July 15!!! It has Been over 95-100 degrees every day!! There has been no resolution to date three weeks!!! Scandalous 😡
Update 8/26/21 it’s still not fixed!! Unbelievable spoke with Nicky in office last week said she would put in a work order again! Where is maintenance? Don’t they care about tenants and pets not having air in 90 degree weather?? Do I need to hire a crew to go and fix it???

I have been living here for 2 years now, and it’s only gotten worse. When we first moved in prior to covid it was well maintained. But the AC unit is a swamp cooler. Which doesn’t make sense considering how much it costs each month for the rent. And also they switched management recently and everything went down hill. The new management raised the rent, doesn’t maintain the landscape AT ALL. And there’s constantly trash around the complex. With the management prior to this one everything would be taken care of. Even if it was at a bare minimum

I woke up this morning to find my car booted because my tags expired last month. I had to pay a 75.00 fee to get it taken off. Having lived here for 5 years this has NEVER happened to me. Normally there is an initial 30 day notice before the red tagging and subsequent booting of a vehicle. They just straight up booted me with NO prior posted… warning. Ever since the change in management this apartment complex has become GARBAGE. I don’t think I’ll be renewing my lease in a couple of months unless they credit my booting fee off of my rent and change their parking enforcement policy

From the Management Office to the Maintenance Crew, are all outstanding! Very professional maintenance I wish we could have hired when I lived out in Illinois. They do such a fantastic job each and every… time. We have not seen one bug here since we live her in 10/2015 because they spray regularly every month (that can sometimes happen when you live in a state that is almost warm year round). They respond quickly and go over and above for their tenants. We have resigned for another year and couldn't be happier. keep up the good work and thank you for all you do!
