I live here and It just sucks the whole experience is terrible I have dead pigeons on my terrace there's homeless people that sleep in the lobby absolutely zero amenities dirty lobbies for weeks, a whole building and lobby that smells like animal urine and mildew. parking is absolutely awful if you pay the cover parking there's a chance you can't drive in your space due to someone blocking the main path I.e dump truck, tow truck, fedex etc. These apartments have more problems than its worth

I am going on 4 years here. Yes there are problems but what apartment complex doesn’t. What really bothers me is when the tenants that are here allow their guests to trash the place! Parties are ok but obnoxious after 2 am and loudness out in parking lot. If you make a mess clean it up! They are trying here to improve. Not a big staff but how many apartments? Cut them some slack folks! I love that I feel secure here. Yeah I have problems w roaches and leaks but again it’s a older building that needs fine tuning. This mess didn’t happen over night and it’s gonna take time to repair and fix

If you are thinking of moving here, RUN FAR AWAY & FAST!!! You will be majorly disappointed. What they charge in rent is seriously not worth it. Paying for amenities that still don’t work, most have been closed since 2019 prior to the pandemic, one of the buildings has a serious roach infestation, submitting a maintenance ticket is a joke because it will not be worked and likely closed without even being contacted. I seriously could go on and on about the issues this complex. Office staff never answers the phone and when you go in to speak to them, they will make promises and tell you what you

I live here and would not recommend it to anyone. Overrun with roaches, the amenities are still closed despite everything else in town reopening, the two pools aren’t even close to being open despite it being the middle of July and temperatures in the 100s.
New management team seem nice, and while it’s definitely cleaner in some areas, they are woefully unresponsive, and maintenance requests are basically ignored and closed with no actions taken.
The owner is a slumlord who lives in California and really doesn’t care about the place. He spent thousands of dollars installing unnecessary

The Towers is an older complex that is being poorly managed. Issues that are brought to the attention of management are always blamed on the age of the building rather than the lack of upkeep on the facilities. Overall, look for another apartment. The views are great, but the management desperately needs to improve.

Maintenance and management are awesome they have a lot on their hands but they take care of their residence and they have their residence best interest in mind I would definitely recommend this community to anybody who is looking for quality management and quality maintenance top-notch!!! They get things done. Even with the pandemic.

Just got an apartment here and so far I love it. The rent isnt bad for what I get. I have a two bed and two bath. Love the balcony cause of its space. A lot of nice amenities. The management staff is very nice and have helped me a lot. They have covered and gated parking for a small fee which is very nice. The walls are cement which makes for a huge noise reduction. So far I have had a great experience here.

Living here at the Towers for the past 10 1/2 years has been nothing short of a great experience. When we moved here, our children were only 3 and 1 1/2. Then, it was nice having everything indoors, including laundries, mail and even a secured terrace area where I could take them to play. There is an Elementary school right across the street in the back of the complex, the middle school is literally a three minute drive and then there is a high school across the street in the front of the complex so the school commute is either zero or a super short drive no matter what grade the kids have been
