The maintenance guy Doug does an amazing job. I know if he does the job it will be done correct and if I have any questions he knows the answer. I always Love when I can count on the maintenance staff for fixing any issues inside my unit. I had an especially great experience with Doug, he is Genuine and got my problem fixed fast.
Yes, if the lease buy-out fee has been paid. A 60-day notice is required before vacating your apartment, and the lease buy-out fee is one month's rent. Please make sure that you reference your signed lease agreement and confirm policies with your Property Manager as there could be unique circumstances.

My daughter has lived at Sedona for 7 years...the grounds are nicely kept, the hallways are always vacuumed, the noise level is non-existent, the apartment is great, and the staff is very helpful...solving any concern quickly. Amber is always very courteous and takes care of everything asked of her quickly and efficiently. Kudos to Sedona Ridge!

Just an FYI to potential future tenants: During the application process, they ask you for a $300 "holding fee" on top of the $150 application fee. The holding fee is apparently non refundable after 72 hours... but they take 6+ days to approve or deny you. So, be sure you are wanting to live there before you apply or be sure you are ok with loosing $300 if not.

Doug is the very best!! He is always super friendly, polite, and helpful when we have maintenance requests! He doesn't just come in & do his job & then leave, he takes the time to let you know what is going on, how things went and when he is done. He makes you feel like a person and that you matter & not just a number on his work order list. He shows that he actually cares and wants to do the best he can to fix the situation. He helps make Sedona a great place to live!!

Definitely get a condo. Marissa rocks ! and is very friendly and informative and will fight for you if anything happens. I really like living here. I feel safe. It’s gated and about to be coded. Probably the safest place I’ve ever lived in New Mexico. This is also one of the cleanest places and I have never seen one bug in here. My concerns are addressed immediately and I’ve only had one ( vent fan went out) in a year that I’ve been here. I wish I could stay longer. Sincerely I love this place!

My boyfriend and I quickly signed a lease here because we were planning on moving out of state within the year so we needed a short lease at an affordable price which is what we thought we would be getting... Essentially we signed a lease at $620/month utilities for a 6-month lease for 480ft^2. I'll keep it to bullet-points so that I don't get too wordy.
*COMMUNAL UTILITIES: i.e. utilities collected by building and divided equally among each apartment despite how many people lived in each apartment or how much is consumed per apartment. We ended up paying over $800 every month because

Worst place i've ever stayed at. staff is rude and talks down to tenants. also utilities are insanely high because they're split between the entire building so it doesn't matter if you don't use your heater you'll still have to pay 190$ per month in utilities cause betty from the second floor leave her heater and lights on at all time. there is also a big bed bug problem that they hide from you until you move in and experience it yourself. maintenance is out at 7am mowing the lawn right outside the windows. oh and the laundry machines over charge your card by 6 dollars

I am writing this to help people out and save them from great disappointment. Please read this review as I am trying to make sure you don't go through the same thing I did.
I lived in Sedona Ridge from Aug 2017-Aug 2018.
Originally my move-in date was set to July 31st. Unfortunately, when my roommate and I showed up to the apartment complex, the apartment was not ready. There had been miscommunication between the employees and maintenance and we were not able to move in until the next day. I explained to them we were both in the military and I had taken vacation days for this. I also explained

The staff is rude and unprofessional. Very cheap and ghetto apartments in a nice neighborhood. They say the apts are remolded the truth is they are but there are holes in the wall left from the remodel. Since i moved in here there have been about 4 stolen cars, a stabbing on xmas night 2009. And when you talk to the staff they talk about the security company, WHAT SECURITY? Tire slashings are very very common, back parking lots are dark and unsafe. There apts with like 4 or more people in a one bedroom and then they have party's and are loud after 10pm. If i could i would give them a negative

The management at this apartment complex is horrible. They never take responsibility when anything goes wrong with the apartment or anything in the complex. They will quote you one price before you move in, and then tell you that you have to pay the difference after you move in. The management has the worst customer service I've ever dealt with. Nothing ever gets fixed within two weeks of a complaint. Just save yourself the time and stress..do NOT rent here, I wish I didn't.
