This place is very filthy, it doesn’t matter how many time they do pest control, cockroaches still come in and out, bugs and insects and even mold are everywhere in the apartment. They are really rude and will… not care about your safety or anything, but paying towing company to drive around at night to “take” monies from you. Called and put in work orders, the sink in the bathroom still has a hole, water draining down to the cabinet, it is molding, water won’t drain down, it’s stuck and it has been like that for a whole month. Cinnamon Tree apartments is nice but it isn't without it's flaws. The neighborhood is in a bad area.The criminal element is really terrible.The apartments are cute but they do have unwanted roaches but Cinnamon Tree dose it best to spray for them. There maintenance isn't to bad and rent is reasonable. All-in-all it's ok.

I wish I could rate it lower, this place is awful when staying on top of things, they don’t spray the complex enough to where there’s an infestation so severe that you can’t see the wall in the second bedroom; they said we’d be put down for a deep spray, no one ever came, and the managers and maintenance don’t even care about doing their jobs, please don’t move here. Please.

So far, so good. Moved in about two weeks ago, and no complaints so far. Office staff is perfectly courteous and professional - special commendation for Fo, he's a sweetheart. Had two maintenance requests which were literally immediately fixed. Lived all over the country and honestly this is the fairest priced apartment you'll find. Security gates are an added plus, brand new machines in laundry room, love the greenery, overall excellent for an apartment complex, especially in the "war zone."

I currently live here, so far it’s been the worst decision we’ve made. We feel so bad for putting our lives in danger but most importantly our son. To start off this place is full of roaches/spiders we’ve seen… it all. When we 1st moved it we turned in a paper with all the stuff the apartment needed to get fix till now we haven’t heard anything. We supposedly got a “renovated apartment” but it’s not worth it at all, you just get some new blinds and paint job and that’s your renovated place. Not worth the $850 + we pay. The wood is old some

Garbage. Apartments are dirty and old. It wouldn't be bad for the price if they ever did any upkeep or didn't scam their tenants out of money by not charging their rent on time, then requiring late fees in 3 days or you face eviction. You can't ever park ANYWHERE. and I hope you don't like your car windows either because several get smashed in every night while the security guard sleeps in the box. Save your money and your time, and RUN away from this place. Leaving as soon as my lease is up.
