My name is Chasity. I signed a lease at the Parker a couple days ago. I was greeted by Anda who also helped me in the process of completing my lease. I told her what I was looking for and the price range. She was patient and very friendly and allowed me to tour the apts/townhomes I was interested in. She made the entire leasing process very easy and was prompt in her replies to my emails. Kelly was the person who gave me keys to my place due to Anda being off on the day I needed to pick keys up. I unfortunately just moved into this place…it is NOT a luxury apartment. I have had to put in over 8 tickets since I moved in 2 weeks ago, can hear my neighbors conversations through the walls, the floors creak & are uneven and now I have found cockroaches.
I have left a VM for the office over 4 days ago with no response & no one actually picks up the phone.
On the bright side, the maintenance team is very nice.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. I also had coach roaches in apartment , the walls are so thin I can’t even sleep at night because of neighbors loud music etc., I pay for valet trash and they barely pick it up. This is definitely not luxury apartments for the amount we pay. I do believe maintenance does the best they can it’s just maybe overwhelming for them on a day to day basis . Leasing staff actually are very nice ladies- I just wish they communicated better.

I’ve been at the Parker for 2 years and finally had to move out. Save yourself the headaches and don’t move here. The management company only cares about money and when you need them to fix important issues for you they could care less. Some of the front office employees are extremely rude and quick to deny any of their wrongdoings. Some of the many issues we encountered while living here were: roaches, moving into a dirty apartment that was falling apart, being overcharged multiple times and having to fight to get it corrected, understaffed maintenance workers that take a super long time to

Hello, This is for families looking for apartments. I used to live in this place for about two years end let me tell you staring with My first day I found roaches and a fish on top of one of the cabinets by the kitchen. When I place an order to clean all of these the maintenance guy came a few days later he said everything is all right and using a rubber glove he took the fish and put it on the garbage so we can start the cleaning process ourselves, so the roaches were everywhere and it took a while for them to send the pest control to applied some pasty compound which never worked and to make

The winter storm happened in february and repairs on my apartment due to water damage were still not completed when my lease ended in AUGUST. I know many other residents had the same experience. They left me without bathroom walls after demolition (you could see into the kitchen from my bathroom) for two months with no word of when repairs would begin. I have two other roommates so there was no privacy for me. All we got was a 500$ deduction off of one month of rent. My bathroom was unusable for the entire five months until they finally came to fix it after me reaching out multiple times. And still

If you’re self employed don’t bother going to this complex. My fiancé and I just wanted to simply find a new home together to be closer to our jobs and it was so much more complicated trying to get us to prove our income when they had all our personal information, statements, letters and more. We spent $300 just to fill out the app for them to tell us “oh this is not enough proof of your income although you make the money to be approved”. It was a waste of our time when we could have been looking for another apartment that would just take our statements like the one we are living in now

I've a resident here for the last 5 months. I moved in right around the winter storm where the Parker had their share of issues just like other apartment homes in the area. However, Kelly provided exceptional service during the move in process as the only staff member left after the change in management company. Thus, Anda and Jazel has joined the team and have been great! We've seen improvements in the trash issues and they've been instrumental in addressing concerns. Maintenance has improved with the addition of team members to help Alex and address service requests. Thank you!

Terrible first impression. I went to the office to check out the apartment to see if I wanted to move in when my current lease was up. I was semi-greeted by a rude woman and told me to take a seat and someone would be right with me. Meanwhile, I sat in the waiting area for 10 minutes and finally got tired of waiting while the office staff appeared to be doing nothing at all, and left.
I recommend not moving here, based on my first impression of this place.

Please don’t move here. It’s infested with Bugs and they refuse to do anything. It’s 4 months after the winter storm and they are just now starting to fix apartments. They kept our water off for 2 weeks after the city turned the water back on. Then they charged us for water no one could use. If you put in a maintenance request the will lie and say they fulfilled it but don’t. Makes you pay for trash removal and never actually removes the trash. When you complain the office staff are extremely rude. They leave the gate open and crime has started to happen over here. You’ll be paying 1500
